Perfect location for our short visit. Room was tidy, clean towels and bedding. We arrived very early 11:30, and we could store our luggage so that we could enjoy the surroundings. Luggage was in our room on arrival. Staff was very friendly and gave me a few names of places to eat. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special.
The hotel was clean and tidy but tired. Way to much unnecessary knick knacks and artificial everywhere. The outside seating areas were not useable, chairs were chained together and looked very unwelcoming with an empty umbrella stand. The bath room was tidy but requires a major spring clean. In the shower the grout was green/black and mould on the ceiling. Being a non smoking hotel visitors had to smoke outside and it just happened to be under our window.

Breakfast could have been served outside on the patio but instead we ate in the dinning room with the doors closed and curtains pulled because it was sunny!

Room is quite small especially if you add an extra bed. If you are staying more than one-two days breakfast starts to get really boring. There isn’t much choice ( the stuff they have is okey-ish) and it is the same thing every day.
There is nothing to hang wet swimsuits and towels on which is really a pitty considering there is a pool and the hotel is in the ocean area so it is logical you will have wet stuff to hang

Really lovely staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. Enormous soft bed. Spotlessly clean. Little balcony for drying wet towels and sitting out after little one asleep. Short drive to nice beaches (Peralta especially). Pleasant swimming pool.
On the corner of a busy road junction and on-street parking only - take care when pulling up and getting out! Room and surroundings were adequate but a little dated. Not walking distance to any beaches and nicer restaurants all a drive away. Lourinha is a large and not especially picturesque town. You can’t just turn up to the beachside restaurants - booking essential at the weekend!
