The noise from AC was too loud

As a family of 12, we stayed for 4 days. The first 3 days, the service by staff was amazing. All of us were very pleased with the staff's attention and how attentive they were to our needs. Check in and check out was smooth, Hotel was very clean, comfort level was perfect! Food buffet was great! A wide variety of food choices. Even the fussy eaters were satisfied with the food selection. Hotel was definately kids friendly and great location will recommend this hotel with caution.

On the 3rd night, after shopping we arrived with hands full of bags, some of us carrying tired kids (4 kids!) and the doorman stood on the inside of the hotel and stared at us. Then walked away to attend to other people. When he finally walked back and opened the door for us, instead of helping to take the bags (they did this the past few days), he asked me to step aside to do security check on my bags. The other people who were ahead of me, breezed through without any checks. Once i started to question him, he quickly let me pass. The following morning breakfast was similar, the whole buffet area was so crowded and the staff were busy entertaining the bigger groups. As i understood, there was some VIP staying at the hotel on that day so it was very crowded but this behaviour was ridiculous. The difference in treatment was extremely obvious. Also, the family was split between 2 levels. However, we couldnt visit each other as access to the other levels was not allowed. Your key card could only access your room level.

the location, breakfast , size of the rooms are good and the staff are good Raj kamal in the front office, Jai Ganesh of ES and the lady supervisor in the restaurant serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful

very old and needs to be renovated renovation is going on with drilling noise

food is excellent and rooms are also good

Breakfast was exemplary! I attended a workshop at Accord hotel & stayed there for 3nights. Speck &clean ! Nice staff ! Bye

located conveniently near shopping in TNagar.

The washroom is out of dated and room has musky smell.

Breakfast was gd.A wide variety of choices but as a person who does not take onion n garlic my choises were very very limited.Overall was gd.Very excellent n courtious staff at the restaurant.

Everything was gd.
