Just one person treated me good

I have booked one large bed but they gave two twin beds and mentioned that no large beds are available but my reservation confirmed by email and phone and I have paid 3000 through phone pay in advance for confirmation. Twin beds are not at all good if I move they are making sound unable to sleep peacefully. Staff is not at all good. My stay include all meals means they have to provide snacks drinks and all but they gave one dosa for dinner (very thin) and they said if I ask more they are going to charge me thats not fair at all. I have reached hotel at 3 PM and they said lunch is over and order from outside. Even print out they are asking money 10 rupees per paper and said If you want cheaper try outside. Worst staff ever.. and not at all satisfying as mentioned while booking

Room were not clean enough On name of breakfast, just few bread, butter, no proper tea, coffee nor milk. Charges were high compare to facility.

Room & facilities are fairly good though TV was not working inspite of complaining. Breakfast was not so tasty but Ok. Location for our work was excellent and serve our purpose of stay.

The staff were good and efficient and approachable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

The WiFi facility was very poor and unreliable. The bed clothes were not fully clean. It was not easy to find good shops and eating places nearby.

Prime location

Booked for 2 two bed but gave one queen bed. Its real disappointment for my guests.

They don't change beddings for 2 nights stay when requested. Place is small, so room for 3 is congested. Lots of noise at night due to shipping company beside it, so stay only ideal for max 3 days.

The location is good center of the city. Staff are good. But don't expect a courteous staffs like you see in other HOTELs.

No Parking, only two cars can be parked on the road side and if you are the third one no one will be there to assist. Whenever you take out the car, there is no guarantee that you will get Parking when you come back. Somewhat clean but we were not comfortable. The furnitures are not even dusted. We had to keep reminding our kids not to touch any thing. Breakfast was good but you get only what they give. Overall did not feel like worth for the money paid.

Proximity to US consulate Proximity to US VAC Luggage storage facility in hotel Hotel provides waiting area but is not comfortable at all.

Hotel had bad smell everywhere. The room had no means to circulate air to get rid of the smell. The mattress and pillows were very smelly. It was very difficult to sleep in those. The room descrption mentioned king size bed but they joined two twin size beds.

Excellent breakfast. US Consulate walkable 7-10 mins from hotel. Nothing to complain about for one night.

The spring beds. When I woke up in the night, they felt to be pressing on my back. But they were tolerable.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.
