Staff extremely helpful, nice, accommodating. Clean room, great food.

Unser Zimmer, ein Swim-Up-Zimmer, war neu und angenehm, obwohl es einige Mängel wie Farbreste und eine undichte Toilette gab. Nach langen Wartezeiten und Diskussionen mit der Rezeption erhielten wir schließlich ein neues Zimmer, das etwas größer war.

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Rezeption von einer Gruppe besetzt, und wir mussten 10 Minuten warten. Danach wurden wir schnell abgefertigt, ohne Informationen zum Hotel und Spa zu bekommen. Dann mussten wir erneut 20 Minuten warten, da das Shuttle unterwegs war. Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel war enttäuschend: älter und abgenutzter als erwartet. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls enttäuschend und nicht 5-Sterne-würdig. Im neuen Zimmer fanden wir Shampoo vom vorherigen Gast und ungeschützte Streaming-Dienste, die nicht automatisch abgemeldet werden. Trotz eines Upgrades auf All-Inclusive Plus werden wir wohl nicht zurückkehren. Positive Aspekte sind die schöne Lage, die Swim-Up-Zimmer, der tadellose Zimmerservice und die guten Cocktails im All-Inclusive-Plus-Paket. Das Spa war jedoch enttäuschend mit alten und stinkenden Einrichtungen, einem defekten Whirlpool und einer verschimmelten Decke im Ruheraum. Besonders negativ fiel uns auf, dass eine Familie, die sich als Besitzerfamilie herausstellte, bevorzugt behandelt wurde.

Comfortable room, spacious and nice view. Plenty of food variety at all meals. Lots of space to sunbathe, no need to hurry to bag a deckchair! The spa was great, plenty to choose from and a great service provided.

The cleaning could be better. Our room's floor felt sandy when we arrived and every day even after the cleaner came. The ceiling fan blades need a wipe down and so does all the equipment in the games room. Many times the glasses were not clean

The property had great staff, good family rooms, good entertainment for kids, lots of beds around the pool, nice pools

Wg mnie fajny kameralny hotel. Nieco na uboczu, około kilku km of Chanii ale to dla osób ceniących spokój duża zaleta. Mieliśmy świetny dwupoziomowy apartament w części hotelowej - naprawdę super warunki, rewelacja. Restauracja ze standardowym jedzeniem i wg mnie bardzo dobre jedzenie. Ogólnie sympatyczny pobyt, nie mogę narzekać.

Brak zjeżdżali czy też infrastruktury aquapark dla dzieci i to jest minus tego obiektu. Jakkkolwiek baseny były OK i bardzo fajne tak jednak przydałyby się jakieś zjeżdżalnie dla nieco większych dzieci, pomyślcie o tym.

The food were amazing and there’re lots of variety. The staffs are super friendly. The hotel is connected to the beach and the location was perfect. 15 mins drive from Soda port.

If we have to say, the pool was way too cold for swimming in May.

Alles war oberflächlich schön aber sehr niedrige Qualität allerseits. Essen, Bat, Personalverhältnis, Umgebung….

This is our second time visiting Kiani Beach and the first time with our young child. It did not disappoint. The facilities are great and looked after very well. The whole place is very clean. The restaurants offer good choices for all tastes. The staff look after you very well. The VIP upgrade is worth it if you plan on drinking cocktails (3 a day covers the cost) or using the spa or will be a heavy user of the Wi-Fi.

There is nothing specific we don't like about this hotel. It is about a 45 minute walk from the closest village via the beach, this was fine for us but could be an issue for some people.

Μόλις κάναμε check in και μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο βρήκαμε τρίχες και άμμο στα σκεπάσματα του κρεβατιού. Βρήκαμε τριχες και σκόνη σχεδόν σε όλο το δωμάτιο.την πρώτη ημέρα κοιμόμασταν και μπήκε μέσα η καμαριέρα και μας ξύπνησε επειδή μπέρδεψε τα δωμάτια. Τη δεύτερη ημέρα μας ξύπνησαν πάλι οι καμαριέρες από τις φωνές τους ακριβώς την ίδια ώρα 08:00 ενώ βγήκαμε και τους κάναμε παρατήρηση εκείνες γελούσαν και φώναζαν έξω από την πόρτα μας. Το φαγητό δεν ήταν πολύ καλό.

We receive a room with sea view, resort on the beach. Small beach but with sand and easy to enter.

The All Inclusive is with a lot of minus and we make a upgrade to have better services. If you arrive later at the breakfast or dinner is possible to not find a lot of things to serve because in the last 30 minutes they don't make so many refillment.

The Staff were great, the kids club was fantastic and the location was also very good

The food in both restaurants was boring, the drinks system where you have to pay for upgrades in an all Inclusive was not great. The drinks options for non upgraded members was very very poor.

The rooms were great, modern and comfortable. It was always very clean and well maintained. Everything was very easily accessible and there was always something to do for all ages. We thought the food was mostly very good for an all inclusive albeit a little repetitive but it’s a massive operation so we’re of the opinion that a little understanding goes a long way. The entertainment was very good and the kids loved doing the disco every night.

The pool area WC’s could have been cleaned during the course of the day a little more, the floors were very slippery with my kids slipping quite a bit. We discovered that the spa/indoor pool WC’s were less used and so cleaner and we made use of that where possible. There seemed to be a lack of teaspoons at mealtimes which for little kids is a big need. Also if you got to the mealtime perhaps an hour or more after the start time often you’d have to wait for more bowls or plates.

The highlight for us was the amazing food; the flavors and variety were a delight throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day at one of the best beaches in Crete. Though the surroundings weren't particularly scenic, the warm water and abundance of comfy, empty sunbeds made up for it. We would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

We encountered an unpleasant smell emanating from either the sink or AC, but upon reporting it, they took immediate action. The issue was thoroughly investigated, and to our satisfaction, we were promptly relocated to another room where the problem had been resolved. Overall, the staff's attentiveness to our concerns left a positive impression on our stay.

Everything was excellent. This was our third time at this hotel. It is ideal for kids.

Room cleaning was decent but not amazing - for example shower gel and hand soap dispensers were not refilled for a while Distance from old Chania meant a 30min drive each way daily

the choice for kids food could be better - soups made for adults, not good looking :) a bit more nicely served food could be for kids as kids eat “with eyes”. In the beggining of May, kids pools are still a bit chilly.

Very friendly staffs... Room Excellent and good view. We thank the responsible lady in bookings of hotel for the free upgrade. Breakfast and lunch or dinner were rich and tasted.. Gym it was convenient and excellent .

This hotel mainly attracts families with small children, where it is truly a paradise for them. As for couples who have older children or who are looking for quiet, I would suggest using the new wing of the hotel and the rooms on the first floor. As a friendly suggestion to the room equipment department, I would suggest slippers as well as tops on the beds available for couples and finally some bathroom amenities like Shampoo, Body Cream.

Location is great, sea is great, lots of activities for children. Large tennis near kids playground is a super idea, used daily. Guys from Spanish ERASMUMS programm were super friendly, made a good competition in beach wolley, good luck to them!

Food was average, breakfast fantastic, but lunch pork chops daily… Lack of simple, clean meat, time to time were chicken drumsticks, thats fine. Children pools were super cold, but noone told that they will be heated, so thats fine, just has to be taken into consideration. Towels they prefer to change once a week what was impossible in May - they cant dry overnight. But reception was helpfull and changed. But most important was smoking policy, like in deep third country hotel (nothing personal). Everyone smokes where they want, how you can call it a family resort if everyone is allowed to smoke EVERYWHERE. Me and few more parents had to ruin our days fighting with stubborn guests which answers were - we dont see a sign that its not allowed. Its culture, but anyhow, we had nothing to rely on when we asked to move away from kids. Kids disco in tent - 40% tables smoke there, disgusting.

Big comfortable beds, great facilities, tasty good quality food, live-cooking everyday, supermarket in the hotel with literally everything including clothes for children, shoes, fast WI-FI working everywhere including pool area and playground outside, car rental near bay, quiet area, surprisingly good coffee from espresso machines

Lunch and supper were good. The animation and kids club was amazing. Kids' evening program with a mini Disco, clowns, and wizards is marvellous!

Indoor swimming pool. Most of the Customers do not take showers before going to water and ladies keep their hairs unlocked. As a result, in the swimming pool, there is a lot of hair, which makes swimming unpleasant. Smoking is permitted everywhere including pool bars where Kids Club is being held. Smoking among children MUST BE STOPPED. Hotel should arrange smoking areas, otherwise, it is not a FAMILY hotel at all.

Food was terrible understaffed no communication paid extra for vip premium experience did not receive it facilities not clean this is not what the description says it is not a 5 star luxury hotel I have stayed in better 2 star hotels. Entertainment was certainly not what was described in brochure bar and all facilities closed at 11pm you can not get food or drink after this time it says snacks all day at pool there was no sort it was crepes that you had to que an hour for and that was with only 2 or 3 people queuing wouldn't like to see it in high season we paid extra for premium drink meaning branded drinks like 7up coke wines vodkas this was not the case. There was no table service it was free for all buffet couldn't get a drink at dinner there was no bar you could however get a beer that you could pull yourself which was not for everyone the al a cart restaurant was closed which we were not informed until we requested kids club was worst I've ever seen so unsafe kids left unattended not enough staff but what concerned me the most was there was a road the kids could just run onto as it was not gated or blocked in anyway I stayed with my kids for the duration as it was most certainly not safe to leave we attended once and that was it would not recommend this hotel at all. There was also no were inside the hotel that you could sit and have a drink it was just outside pool bar were it was all open so it was not warm you would need to pack jackets if you even wanted to sit and have a drink. When I did bring up these issues one of the mangers did come to speak with me but her only resolution was to offer me a premium cocktail which I had already paid for in my package which I found very strange.

the location and the north wing / the ocean views were beautiful. the staff at the dining facilities and the house keeping team were exceptional.

Disorganized check in. There was no one to assist with luggage upon arrival and guests were just asked to download an app instead of being given proper directions.

The sea view room was comfortable and clean. An amazing shower with bath. Some good bands and belly dancing for the evening entertainment. Some interesting activities in the day. Plenty of food and variety of selection in buffet. Service was good and quick when asking for blankets or to use the safe.

Occasionally had to wait for indoor table if going to dining room within first hour of opening and had to wait sometimes for plates and cups, though not long. Electronic door was puzzling to unlock and lock.
