The suite was lovely and the breakfast was very good.
Reception desk staff were helpful.
The Japanese food was also very good.
Service - we arrived on a Monday and the bars close even to residents very early, at 10pm. Bowling was closed.
On the Tuesday at 9:30pm we again went to Bowl and we’re told it was closed for a private party, when we asked at reception they said it was not, the staff had wanted to finish early. We felt we were an inconvenience and this was consistent across the bars and restaurant. There was also an evening buffet two of our group opted for one night that was cold - a substitute was offered however.

Very sweet and friendly staff. Super spacious rooms and showers. Nice spa with different saunas. Work station with big monitors. Free parking at the hotel.

Clean, spacious and modern room.
It is Great the bowling bar opened till midnight.
Good Spa opened till 10:30 p.m..
unfortunately, the people using the spa were not respecting basic hygiene rule of showering before sinking in the cold barrel or jacuzzi. Maybe more and bigger notices concerning rules for using spa would help the clients in learning the spa basics.

Nice Whirlpool in the middle of the room. Spacious nuceny equipped room. Although it is next to big road, it was quite calm(we were here during Christmas) and 15min to city center.
Ventilation was making noise during whole first night and I didn't sleep. The problem was repaired the next day but no compensation offered (in 4* hotel it shouldn't happen in a first place).
Carpets were not clean.
Service personnel went to our room to check the ventilation again (they repaired the ventilation in the morning) in the afternoon while we were in the wellness without informing us. Our dog was alone in the room and scared of strange people. Employees of the hotel were nice but not really 4*... Restaurant service and food were perfect.

The room itself was spacious and well designed, modern with enough space and privacy for a family with a toddler. The breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit and a fairly wide selection of cold cuts and cheeses. We especially enjoyed the friendly staff and the large bathroom with a luxuriously sized bathtub.
The hotel itself looks quite shady from the outside. Arriving after dark, we weren’t sure where the main entrance is and were quite worried if the accommodation is as pictures on the photos. However, after entering we were pleasantly surprised; the hotel is modern, our suite was exactly as depicted on the website. But the first impression was really odd, the building looks more like an old communist shopping mall, rather than a four star hotel.

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Spacious room, but still cozy, clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet, not very busy neighborhood.
Beds were good recently replaced mattresses, this is an individual thing, but they were A-ok.
Walking distance to city center.
Breakfast was very good, you can order eggs made 4 ways, and there's a selection of the usual breakfast foods. Everything was fresh, and rasty.
The restaurant was excellent, the staff is what you would expect in a top dollar place. An unexpected experience, very pleasant. The cook and kitchen staff - the food (asian style dinner + sushi) was fantastic.

Room size was generous. Bathroom was clean and large. It was handy, that there was also a TV room section separated from the bedroom area.
There were no bedside lights beside the beds. So if someone wants to read a book in bed, there was no reading light available. Only strong main ceiling light was available. That is quite unusual, never experienced that in a hotel.
Regarding bedroom curtains, despite there were good quality, they were bit shorter, than they should, consequently strong morning light was getting through the bottom of the window and was difficult to sleep.
In the bathroom there was a bath as well as a shower corner (which is great). However, the shower had only the 'rain shower head' (firmly fixed). There was missing detachable, adjustable shower head, which can be held in the hand. Despite such was available at the bath, it would have been handy having it in the shower too.

Wonderful huge room, huge bathroom with great shower, big confortable bed, amazing 65 inch TV, good restaurant with great sushi and tom yam soup. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Free parking.
Pillow are too big and only one pillow person persons. Breakfast is ordinary but ok.
