Great modern hotel in the middle of district 1. Great room with huge terrace. Very nice breakfast buffet. Super friendly and smart staff.

Fantastic breakfast, lovely coffee. Staff were great. Olwen in housekeeping was very good.

Nothing really, pool wasn’t brilliant but ok for middle of the city.

Room was small. Decor a little dated & needing some repairs. Pool was unusual but not user friendly. Dining room was not accessible for disabled guests as the floor not serviced by a lift. Some issues with dining staff not English speaking.

The hotel is in an excellent place to discover Saigon. Many interesting spots are close by. My room was towards the main street but there was no noise that bothered me. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful regarding possible trips or other suggestions. The hotel is not the newest but that did not bother me at all. I would absolutely recommend the hotel to other people!

Colazione con ottima vista. Ho apprezzato il portinaio, se non ricordo male Tristan, che ci ha tenuto a salutarci la mattina della nostra partenza, visto che poi avrebbe terminato il turno senza rivederci.

La pulizia delle camere ed il ragazzo che è intervenuto per "sistemare" il nostro problema. Il giorno dell'arrivo avevamo delle formiche in stanza e dei capelli nella vasca. Dopo averlo segnalato siamo andati a cena, ma al nostro ritorno, dopo due ore, non era stata fatta alcuna pulizia della stanza. Tornato in reception per farlo notare, mi hanno mandato il ragazzo a "sistemare": mi ha fatto vedere, facendomi passare per stupido, che i capelli (non nostri) nella vasca si potevano pulire semplicemente aprendo l'acqua. E le formiche le ha eliminate con un bel po' di veleno. Ora, come avrei potuto dormire in una stanza appestata dal veleno? Ci hanno spostati in una suite, anche questa piena di formiche, che ho puntualmente fatto vedere al personale appena ci hanno spostati. Stremati abbiamo dormito lì ugualmente. Nonostante questo, il giorno successivo non è stata pulita la stanza per la notte seguente. Hanno provato a compensare con un buono per la spa che abbiamo rifiutato (in un hotel con formiche ovunque, andreste alla spa?), alla mia richiesta di compensare invece con la cena presso il loro ristorante, mi hanno proposto uno sconto minimo, a fronte di una spesa di almeno 25€, anche questa l'ho trovata una presa in giro. A questo punto mi hanno proposto di pagarmi il taxi per l'aeroporto, che ho accettato, anche se si tratta di una compensazione di circa 7€. Allego foto delle formiche e del fazzoletto con la polvere. La struttura ed il trattamento offerto, di certo non centrano nulla con la categoria dell'hotel (4 stelle) e con il prezzo pagato, avrei potuto tollerare tale situazione in un ostello, e con tariffe conseguenti.

Great location easy access to everything in town, nice and safe. Lovely refreshing pool.

Rooms are a little tired. Checkin was slow needing to sit down at a table and have a welcome drink, would have just preferred to check in straight away and get sorted.
