Everything was so clean & tidy & warm.

When we checked in we were personally shown to our suite and give complimentary biscuits and a small bottle of milk. So much nicer than the tiny individual ones. Very well equipped kitchenette. Mini coffee machine, they pretty much thought of everything!

Didn’t find anything that I didn’t like. If I was picky, it would have been nice if the tea sachets were refilled.

It was a very spacious room with a spa included in the price of the room. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was a short drive from the city centre. I would definitely stay here again.

For the activity I was doing it could have been a little closer , but that was more bad planning on my behalf.

The room, spa & spa area were great ( we were lucky enough to get a ground floor Suite). The rooms were clean and the staff excellent. Exceeding our expectations. The washing amenities available were great, and if required clothes airers were available for clothes that could not go into the dryer

Some times we would have slight problems with getting hot water to the showers but not enough that we would have to make a complaint. Small parking area we were at the back and once you get a few large SUV's in, you would have to weave your way out.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silverfern Rotorua Suites & Spa, room was perfect for myself, my partner and our 2month old baby. Spa was great, easy to find location. Central to everything. We will definitely be back

Staff was super friendly. Location was great an easy. Having access to free bikes made for a super fun day riding around Rotorua.

Renovation is urgently needed. Wallpaper is about to go off on some points. Same with the tiles in the bath. Cleanliness can also be improved. Blanket and chair and sofa had spots… definitely not a 5 star even if booking says so.

Very friendly staff

Spa and bathroom could have used a facelift. The toilet lid and paper holder were rather shaky and not well attached; the buttons for the sap were rather far away so that one had to get out to turn on/off the bubbles.

Spa was not hot.

Noisey. Cars too close to units. Fan not working in bathroom. Bathroom window felt no privacy.

The room was clean and tidy.

The double bed was small and very very soft so we didn't have a good sleep. But apart from the bed our stay was great

Clean and tidy with a comfy bed. it was useful having the kitchen and a treat with the spa bath.

Room was on the ground floor so needed to close curtains for more privacy..

We love most the Spa,we enjoyed it during our stay,everything was clean and tidy,bed is comfortable as well,it's quite pricey during peak season but fair enough,housekeeper changed towel everyday which is good.
