Very small and noisy (poorly isolated rooms). You can easily hear a conversation in the adjacent rooms.

The location! near the train station, in a quieter town and on the lake itself. very friendly staff and great breakfast and dinner.

No English breakfast tea available in the room or at breakfast.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant has excellent view, service and food. The room was beautiful and had a wonderful view, right on the water.

beautiful location, above and beyond staff! we only had one night but would have gladly stayed longer. Tanya went above and beyond organizing a boat tour for us. love our stay!

We love everything. First the kindness of the staff, especially Monica who helped me make a surprise for my wife, she organized everything and it was perfect, and Ana and Marco who work at the restaurant are nice people. The hotel is amazing, it has a jacuzzi in front of the lake where you can drink and enjoy the view. The rooms are very nice overlooking the lake. It was all wonderful.

I think need little more organisation, was no staff in the hotel , the jacuzzi was closed, and was no one for ask any questions. And breakfast, nothing special..

The view was fabulous. We were on a balcony over looking Lake Como. Saw ducks floating by, and people swimming in the sea. They served a generous breakfast daily that was included in the price. Could walk into town, close to ferries and restaurants. The town of Bellano was charming.😊

We only booked for two days, should have been four.

The view was amazing, right on the lake, slept to the gentle wave landing on the shore just below our balcony. Good breakfast, lunch, dinner menu selection. Friendly staff throughout the facility.

We arrived by train, the walk from the station to the Hotel is about 10+ minutes, but the pavement is made up of small cobble stone or undulated concrete, it's rough on the carry-on luggage wheels. Taxis are not standing by at the train station, since Bellano is a small town, but you can call your hotel to fetch one for you. We took taxi on the way back from the Hotel to the station, paid 12 euros, saved our carry-on luggage wheels.

Excellent hotel and excellent location.We stayed in the Suite Room facing the lake.I would recommend this hotel but please see my comment on the privacy in relation to the Jacuzzi.

My only comment for the management is that I was surprised there was not an opaque screen covering part of the railings on the balcony to stop people in the jacuzzi being able to easily see anyone standing on the room balcony.The Suite room is lovely and the location is second to none but privacy could be a lot better.I hope this comment is taken seriously as I think guests would like the extra privacy with this room.
