loved everything. super clear instructions for key pick up. central location. super clean. such a comfortable bed and pillows. could not fault he property. it’s beautiful.
the parking options took a bit of clarification but we got there in the end with free parking very close by.

- The apartment is beautiful, clean and equipped.
- Quiet and beautiful surrounding.
- Ferry, shops and restaurants are close to the apartment.
- Pets are allowed with no extra charge.
- There is no balcony.
- It's not a really "Lake view apartment" since the lake view is just from the bathroom and we couldn't enjoy it.
- The photos of views on Booking.com are just the photos hanging on the wall. You won't see the views from the apartment. (I expected to have those views , so I was dissappointed)
- The toilet flush didn't work properly.
- The curtain in the bathroom is too transparent. People could see it through at night when the light is on.

Great location, air conditioning, nice and clean. Arranged parking for us at a private garage at a reasonable price. Lots of food options nearby. The beach is a 7min walk away.
Cash only is unusual these days, and forces you to carry around a lot of euros.

Amazing location and the apartment is perfect. Bellano is not so busy but thats what we wanted however the boat is on your doorstep so you can get to Menaggio Varenna etc very easily. Good selection of restaurants and bars near by and anything quattro fromaggio is to die for around here 😁
Lucky enough to meet Denise also and she was such a nice person and really easy with our checkout.
Definitely be staying here again when we return to lake como. An amazing location and a delightful host.
Everything was perfect.. it rained heavily one of the days but we cant blame our hosts for that!
And even then they have netflix set up on tv so it helped to pass our one rainy evening here😁

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The apartment manager is very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the best lotion.

Perfect location right on the lake and next to a great cafe. Friendly and helpful hosts and we even managed to get a load of washing done. I wish we had a couple more days in the flat as it was lovely to be there. My tip would be to book for at least 2 days to really enjoy it.
