Food for both Breakfast and Dinner was good with varied selection. Staff very pleasant and polite. Situation of hotel above beach superb. Very attendant pool boy. Adjusting parasols as reqd.

More written information about hotel and area. All drinking water even with meals was an extra. All rooms should include beverage making facilities. Wine glasses in room would help, ours kept disappearing. Table clearing at times was too efficient. ie quick.

Fantastic staff particularly at the bar, restaurant and Pool. Best possible location in MJable. This will become our regular place in Fuertaventura. Great heated pool at 29o just perfect; this was a key + for us coming in the winter. Very quiet (mostly old quiet guest). fantastic view from everywhere : room , breakfast , Pool … Good food quality despite it is buffet.

Despite it was great if you want to improve here are little points: Not accepting a nice elegant short and forcing your customers to wear long pants at the restaurant in the evening is a bit old fashion and not really appropriate in 2022. it was not a problem for us because we came in the winter but would not be acceptable in the summer. Would have appreciated the option not to pay half board so that we can eat outside one night.

We had some problems with our check-in but this was resolved the following day.

Rooms and facilities were very clean, room cleaning very attentive. Close to the seaside and beautiful view on the beach and ocean. Very extensive and nice breakfast. Lovely pool facilities.

Reception staff wasn't very attentive and friendly, every question felt like a burden to the front desk lady.

The shower at foot level next to the gate back from the beach could have more pressure to help get rid of sand more easily, but that is a super minor detail!

Excellent hotel with brilliant staff. Also, location right on the beach and 5 minutes stroll to the locals bars and restaurants.

The staff are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. Location is superb at the end of Fuerteventura's 20 km beach. Food is fantastic.

Since we last came carpets have been replaced by wooden flooring in bedrooms making it noisier than previously.
