The location was great, not too far from a big supermarket and a brilliant beach.

There were fans in the apartment, unfortunately they did not fulfill their function, it was still very hot in the room, it was impossible to rest. It was also very loud in the area, the locals went out late in the evening and early morning. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, there were a lack of dishes, plates and other basic things. I chose this apartment because of the swimming pool, unfortunately the water in the pool was very dirty and I did refused to get in it. My stay at the apartment was also over two weeks and only once was cleaned, the towels were also only changed once (towels and bed linen were old) Unfortunately, it was not possible to communicate in English. Wi-fi had to paid for and it was only for a limited amount of devices (you can use it for free only in the reception area) no ironing supplies, no clothing dryer (you can use washing machines, which were not in the apartment and had to pay for)

Really great place. The pool is awesome and the location is great!

When we locked out ourselves it was hard to find someone to open the door for us after midnight. No help number or anything was available.

The location is not bad - close to the town center and walking distance to a fantastic beach.

The furniture was a bit 70s style and the kitchen was not sufficiently equipped.

I love Morro Jable.

The sofa was uncomfortable for sleeping. They didn’t come to clean the flat for 6 days.

Location is great close to big supermarkets and restaurants, beach 5 min walk, hosts were great, price was great. Can’t fault it

For light sleepers (not us) some road traffic might not be ideal. Pillows: perhaps have an extra one?

Good location for hiking, restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and the apartment was spacy. Parking was available right at the street for free.

You have to pay for using the Wifi after a trial of 3 hours. Second device costs extra. This is a no-go in 2021 especially when the bandwith of the Wifi is rather low compared to today's standards. Even smaller hosts include the Wifi access for free. Our apartment only had windows to the street and therefore was rather loud.

Friendly staff great location

Boiler was broken and had to empty the pot of water hanging it leaked all over the coffee machine which made it unusable shower was constantly freezing for 464 euros I don't think it was worth it !

The flat was perfect and easy to access.

The swimming pool

Position is perfect for both going to restaurants/cafes, to the beach and to a big supermarket; it's plenty of parking nearby; the apartment has enough space. Receptionists were nice.

You hear any noise from other apartments or in the corridor (doors slamming, locks closing, chairs being dragged). Wifi in the reception area is not good, keeps disconnecting and you have to input new credentials every day. Stoves are very essential (like: 3 forks, 4 spoons, not one more, no grater, no bottle opener, ...)

Central location,5 min walk to historical town centre with all restaurants and bars and promenade.Facilites were new clean and comfortable.

On arrival we had problem finding our apartment it was in the basement,it was dark and felt like in dungeon.Outside was construction site,which was extremely loud.we slept in that room for one night,i went to reception and asked for room to be changed to upper floor and one on the other side of the building.Our request was facilitated by Pablo,and we were pleased with our new room.No clean towels for 5 days
