I was met at the door and greeted with a warm welcome. Whilst checking in, I was advised my room had been upgraded to a sea view room. I was so pleased and the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The front door was secure at all times and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Facilities had everything I needed, tea/coffee, TV, fridge, decent plug sockets and a full length mirror (important!!). Although they don't offer late checkout, they were really generous with allowing me extra time in the morning. When visiting Hastings in the future I will certainly choose this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good location, staff helpful and friendly. Nice extras in the room e.g. dispensers of shower gel and shampoo actually attached to the shower wall.

The stairs were quite a struggle. To get up to my room using the last stair case I felt a bit like a steeplejack.

very clean and comfortable also well organised in their admin procedures for guests arriving.

maybe a question to the guest if they have large luggage bags as to whether they can make it to the top floor easily.

Unstable network & not fully functioning shower water heater

It’s a wonderful day for us to stay with the hotel. Sea view, warm room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and perfect service. 👍🎄
