酒店位置好海景美麗，員工禮貌態度尚算滿意，餐廳的牛扒很好吃

酒店設備比較舊，空調不能調整冬天只有熱風太熱不能使用因太侷促呼吸不暢順，天氣凍不能開窗太寒冷，如有空調平衡睡眠可以較好

旅行行程で便利。朝食も美味しかった。

バストイレのドアの開閉時に音がした。夜間特に気になった。

スタッフの方が親切で素敵な笑顔が印象的でした。

門司港を楽しめてよかったです。 雰囲気やツリーも綺麗でした。

オーシャンビューの部屋を予約したが窓がきたなすぎて見る気になれませんでした。 朝食ビュッフェつきでしたが会場の床がワックス後だったのかぬるぬるで危なかったです。 レストランも壁側に案内されたのですが、壁が汚くて食事も進みませんでした。

ホテルの立地や建物自体はレトロ感もありゆったりとした部屋など全体的には良いホテルでした。

電気系の分割が悪く点けておきたい電気と消灯させたい電気が操作できなかった。 アメニティも充実してなかったのが、残念 ソープはいい匂いがして良かったです。

今まで食べた朝食ビュッフェの中で１番よかった。 たまたま橋が見える位置だったので、朝食を食べながら、跳ね上げ橋を見れた。 部屋のシャワーカーテンが臭かったが、メモに書いていたところ、交換してくださった。 シティービューでしたが、施設の明かりが綺麗で、ぼーっと座っているだけでもリラックスできた。 電子レンジもあるので、ご飯難民になってもどうにかなる。

ランドリーサービスはあるが、個人的にはコインランドリーも欲しい。

The security guards at the carpark are so good. The keep running along with my vehicle to guide us to the parking space.

Super close to the station, beautiful view from the room. Spacious and comfortable. A nice walking area in a quiet area, right by the dock.

At night there's nothing around. The closest convenience store is about a 10 minute walk. Good luck finding food if it's past 11.

Staff spoken English and parking arrangement need to be imoroved ie. parking ticket with multiple entrance function within staying period iso single in/out required customer to collect exit ticket each time from service counter.

The location is very near from the mojiko station. The city view is superb especially at night. The staff were very approachable and kind.

There's some smell in the room that we didn't like. Maybe it's the smell of the carpet. But overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The hotel located just next to Blue wing Mojiko bridge, so you can observe the opening bridge from hotel front. Staff can speak English. Room is nice and large space. City view room is also see port view and it's really nice. Car parking was paid 1100 yen/night. Breakfast is Japanese and western buffet, it's good taste, I especially recommended​ choccolate donut. In my opinion, the price of room+breakfast is very valuable.

Loved the interior design of the room and also the views that you get from the room! Staff is very friendly too and helped me to find directions to a place I wanted to go. The price is affordable too.
