Everyone there was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I’m from the US and needed information about the train, bus, and taxi. Elisa there spoke English and was helpful in explaining options. The food was beyond amazing. Luigi was our server and was friendly and funny.

We traveled with a big group of family to visit extended family in Ferentino. The staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. The food was some of the best we ever had in Italy. The hotel went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Felt like a home away from home.

The staff were very helpful, for example they found us somewhere safe for our bikes overnight. Breakfast was good, with generous amounts. We had told them that we were vegan and they had non-dairy 'milk' for us.

Our room was quite small.

cannot rate the breakfast because we had to leave the hotel very early so we didn't have the chance to have breakfast.
