Het was heel leuk en verzorgd hotel ,maar zeker geen goedkoop hotel .

you pay more than what was indicated when reserved. They first say it is a blocked amount and the actual amount will be cut when i check out but that did not happen. When booking breakfast was included, when I check in they say it is not included, I don't know how they screw up the booking but that was very disappointing.

Great location, comfy rooms, excellent early check-in availability (paid; but I got a room like 8hr before official check-in) and AMAZABALLZ fitness centre. It was perfect for a business trip - Myself and my colleagues really enjoyed it - but can seeing it working really well for tourists also!

The week before I was at the Ritz-Carlton in Pune... I shouldn't compare the two, but let's be honest.. it ain't no Ritz. Hah hah!! Other than that, nothing to not like about this well located, and comfortable/affordable hotel.

Don’t communicate, paid for a balcony room did not advise before arriving this was not available. Then placed in a standard small room. Would not refund the difference appalling service. Room was very basic, BEWARE of write up and facilities on offer as this was not true on arrival. Breakfast cold and again very basic.

Frigobar vazio. Vc chega no quarto cansado, abre o frigo e… surpresa! Nada! Muito impessoal. Nosso checkin demorou demais pq o funcionário estava em treinamento e a todo o momento tinha que chamar o supervisor. Mais de meia hora. O mesmo no checkout. Hotel grande, poucos funcionários no atendimento. Café da manhã não incluso numa diária muito cara.

Wij zijn enorm goed geholpen door Stefan! Een zeer attente en zorgzame man. Hij nam de baggage aan en gaf ons de sleutels voor de fietsen maar zeer attent en behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt was vreselijk!!! Koffie was waterig, fruit was bedorven en stonk net als de wortelsalade. Iemand erop aangesproken en die zei is niet mijn taak. Het beleg bestond alleen maar uit ham en kaas..kaas was als rubber en goedkoop.Daarnaast kregen we ook oplos jus d orange. De tafels waren vies en moest nog afgenomen worden.Niemand vroeg of we koffie of thee wilde. Het was heel smerig overal met vingerafdrukken of kruimels ..BAHHH De receptie was ook verschrikkelijke!Ik verwachte dat iemand(naam jaime of dean) achter de balie tweetalig is maar helaas. Die dacht dat ik nog belasting moest betalen maar dat had ik al overgemaakt en ik hoefde alleen nog toeristenbelasting te betalen. Daarnaast werden we door een Valerie zo te horen en NL-talige afgesnauwd en ontweken. Zij had duidelijk geen zin om te werken en liep van ons weg via de deuren achter de balie en liet ons staan! Terwijl er nog mensen achter ons stonden.Bizaar

Sem uma boa janela. A janela dava para os outros prédios. Só dava para ver a rua se um pedacinho da janela.

Zoals altijd een genot om in dit hotel te verblijven. Kamer was ruim en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Ontbijt was uitstekend.

Vanwege drukte was de kamer pas om 15.30 uur vrij. Koffers konden evenwel in het hotel worden gelaten. Bij het uitchecken lange rij wachtenden, vanwege uitval van het in- en uitchecksysteem.

We loved the large size of the room, the view, the expansive outdoor space, and the convenient location. The views from the room were absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning, and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.

I arrived at the Zurich Central Station at 11 pm, the hotel signboard were not working which was a bit inconvenient to locate the building.

Prachtig hotel, ideaal parkeren, hele gave rooftopbar met geweldig uitzicht over Amsterdam, Locatie is fantastisch en bij een kamer met panoramisch uitzicht over Amsterdam heb je wel heel gaaf uitzicht vanaf je kamer. Schone kamer met hele fijne bedden.

Wij verbleven van zaterdag op zondag in het Hilton op de 10e verdieping. Wij kwamen terug van een etentje, wilden gaan slapen rond twaalf uur maar toen was er nog behoorlijk veel lawaai van de bar boven ons. Je kon letterlijk mensen heen en weer horen lopen, dames op hakken, muziek, pratende mensen. De bar bleek tot 3 uur open te zijn op zaterdagnacht. Tot die tijd geen oog dicht gedaan. We waren er ook niet echt op ingesteld om nog een nacht te gaan stappen want we hadden die nacht ervoor al doorgehaald. anders waren we zelf wel in de bar gaan zitten. Volgende dag te brak en moe om nog wat te ondernemen. Aangegeven bij het uitchecken: dan hoor je doodleuk dat hier al vaker over geklaagd is. Waarom wordt er dan niets mee gedaan? Informeer mensen op zijn minst, wij hadden dan een andere kamer genomen. Een kleine compensatie was ook leuk geweest. We hadden bij aankomst ‘s middags wat gedronken in de bar en zijn ‘s nachts maar wat van de roomservice gaan bestellen omdat we niet konden slapen. Het was leuk geweest als ze wat van de eindafrekening hadden afgehaald, al was het maar een drankje, maar nee. Het gaf ons het gevoel dat je als gast maar een nummer bent en klachten niet serieus worden genomen. Ontbijt vonden wij mwah gezien de prijs. Ontbijt bij vd Valk is veel beter.
