Vi fik et fantastisk værelse på 12. etage med den skønneste udsigt over Amsterdam. Dejligt stort værelse med en masse komfort, rummeligt og fint badeværelse. Høfligt receptionspersonale. Fin morgenmad. God beliggenhed. Allerstørste anbefalinger herfra.

Location Spacious Room Quiet area

- Slowest check-in at a hotel in my life. It seems they are still using the same system from 20 years. Who still prints papers showing check out time and breakfast time. Why not put them on the screen in the room like every hotel in this century? Computers must be super slow or something because it’s not normal to have huge lineups of people waiting to check-in. - Slowest elevator I’ve ever seen. Takes forever to arrive, for the doors to open/close and for it to move between floors. - No balcony - Expensive

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal es súper amable. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ubicación es buena ya que puedes caminar hasta la estación central.

Emplacement stratégique bien desservi, petit déjeuner très bien avec une amplitude horaire intéressante et personnel dédié très accueillant, chambre agréable et bien insonorisée, salle de restauration agréable, portiers polis et chaleureux.

La froideur de l'accueil en réception à l'arrivée et au départ (un personnel en particulier), l'accès restrictif par les ascenseurs (escalier non disponible), coût excessif du room service (5 euros de livraison du jamais vu!), empressement à encaisser quitte à déranger le client en chambre à 20H30, coût excessif du restaurant pour dîner sur site avec un service long et peu professionnel.

Check in was easy. There was luggage assistance to get to the room. There are front desk people and hosts. language was not an issue. Many off the front desk people spoke different Languages but all spoke English. Lots of windows and sunlight. I enjoyed TV in English. I did like the bar/restuarant. food was excellent'.

The shower door was an inadequate design with no seal on the hinge side of the shower door. Elevators were quite slow, on our room floor we waited 2-3 minutes each time. Walking anywhere from this hotel is a long walk.We did not eat breakfast in the hotel. 25 Euros was too much.

Lovely, friendly staff - always smiling. Very helpful and nothing was too much bother despite them working in the chaos of refurbishment.

This was my second stay at the Room Mate and there is no other hotel I would say in Amsterdam. The room is spacious, super clean with a very comfortable bed and an amazing view of either the city or the waterfront. The hotel staff are super friendly, and breakfast was great!

The hotel was undergoing some upgrades to their lobby area while I visited so there was not a lot of space during high traffic moments (mornings as an example). This is temporary so other than that - nothing else!

The reception and restaurant/bar staff were pleasant and helpful. They tried to help solve the plethora of issues we had during our stay to the best of their abilities.

The lighting in the room was terrible. It was very dark and made it difficult to get ready (apply makeup). The room was a strange layout. There was no rug for the single bed, meaning stepping onto cold vinyl floor. The hairdryer had no nozzle. There were building works happening, which had been ongoing for a month but we were only given 1 week's notice which didn't give us enough time to book an alternative. This brought our overall experience down. Housekeeping were very rude when we asked for certain issues to be resolved. On the night we arrived, the single bed had dirty marks on the sheets and on the next day they replaced some towels, not all and the new towels were dirty. The room was booked for 3 adults, but they kept setting it for 2, with just 2 sets of towels and 2 sets of mugs/glasses, not enough tea/coffee for 3 etc. They even took away the extras that they brought 2 nights in a row. After the first night they did the same again, even though we reported this and asked for extra amenities. The single bed was also not made properly on 2 of the 3 days, even after raising the issue on the first night. As compensation we were offered free breakfast for 2 out of the 3 days. Breakfast was also disappointing, not worth the €24.95 per person the hotel charges. Had I paid for this, I would have insisted on a refund.

Clean rooms, amazing breakfast.

Such basic rooms for the money - similar standard to an Ibis hotel. Refurbishments taking place (not told this before booking hotel) causing a lot of disruption / blocking stairwells with building materials. Lifts broke down on a couple of occasions - raised concerns with fire safety with manager. Overcharged for Prosecco (€160!) that was bought for us as a gift by a family member, was refunded when we brought it to their attention. Whopping city tax 12.5%! Be aware, we did not know this before going and it is the same with every hotel in Amsterdam. After raising my issues to the manager, it was dealt with in the end. I really would avoid this hotel at the moment - hopefully it is all better once the refurbishments arw complete.

第一次寫評分，訂的大床房被告知只有雙床房了，要求更換大堂經理說他們沒房間，全滿了。 我們一直在大堂等他處理超過2小時，期間一直有很多人check in, 但卻一直說沒房了。問了很久他換了一間大床房，上去發現是人土傷殘人士專用， 下來找經理 理論，他說那沒什麼的 十中 這也算大床房。我們想退錢不住了 他不讓退，意思是傷殘房也是大床房，他們已經提供了服務， 最終什麼補償也沒有 錢也退不了。 另外房間很臭。

房间算大的，床舒服，安静隔音好，前台服务人员态度nice，热心提供帮助，时刻挂满笑容

交通相对不便，步行20分钟才能到中央车站，坐地铁，火车，电车等

Fantastic hotel in a great location a short walk from the centre and central station. The I-Dock restaurant on site is really good as well. They also offer you a free drink per person per stay from the minibar if you don’t get the room made up

The only issue we had was that some work was taking place on the floor above. There was no noise at night and it wasn’t really intrusive but they did work late (until about 7:30pm one night) which made it difficult to put our daughter to bed. We called reception and it was sorted immediately and they apologised

Great location. Nice decor. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Good size room with 2 decent beds. Quiet.

Hermoso hotel, habitación muy amplia y con una vista preciosa. La cama grande y cómoda. Había sillones, una mesita pequeña y otra mesa de escritorio. El baño grande con toliletries (sin bañera pero amplio).
