Very clean, great staff, nice garden area, delicious breakfast, handy hotel shuttle, comfortable and clean bed & room. Quiet at night. I also liked the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

It was very quiet at night during sleeping but in the evening I could hear doors slamming shut from all over the building which was also vibrating my room. I know that my door also closed very firmly and loudly. I know this was just everyone going/ returning from dinner and evening activities so I was fortunate I wasn't trying to sleep during the day or early evening.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was a bit on the pricey side but was good. Wait staff were very attentive.

Double beds for a family to share are a bit tight, but this seems to be the norm throughout Costa Rica, so you need to pay attention to bed size when booking.

Proximity to Liberia airport and shuttle service was ideal. Rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Garden pool area was surprisingly nice. Restaurant has a decent menu.

Don’t expect the staff to make any effort. Period. They clearly know that no one is there for the ‘experience’. The service at the restaurant for dinner was horrendous (although the guy at lunch was ok). Water pressure in shower is not good. AC worked well but was noisy. And there was this weird smoky smell - not sure if it was just the 5th floor or throughout but it almost smelled electrical.

Very basic accommodation with basic service. Over priced for very simple room and underwhelming service.

When I returned home I found that the room payment authorization of $300.08 on 2 rooms had not been reversed. I am currently trying to correct.

The room was clean. The staff in the bar restaurant very friendly and helpful.

The front staff seam to not care. Say yes to you and then don’t complete We booked last minute because of a flight cancellation. Ask for a late check out was told yes and then got locked out of our room with all our stuff. In it. Then there tried to say we never requested a late check out. When I checked in was told the deposit would be refunded the same day as checkout. Then when I checked out I asked again was informed it would be 7 to 10 days to receive my refund.

The room was great.

There was no breakfast available. The shuttle was late.

Located pretty much between the ecotourism destinies and the beaches, it works great for a base in the region.

Feels expensive for what you get, but there are not many options. Rooms are dated and May need an upgrade soon.

Location close to airport and that it had a restaurant but understaffed for restaurant.

Getting out in an adjoining room which was incredibly noisy so we couldn’t fall asleep. Told front desk who came up but I don’t know if they ever did anything about it. The people next door were super loud. Very frustrating to not be able to sleep.

The staff at the bar/restaurant were very pleasant and friendly. The staff at reception was also very kind and accommodating (check-out was 12:00pm and they let me chill at the pool until my shuttle arrived at 3:00pm)
