The view from our room was gorgeous and the pool was picturesque. We loved how the hotel was built around the beautiful, old trees on the property so you really felt in the middle of the jungle. The beach on the property had the most perfect sunsets we saw during our whole stay in Costa Rica. Plus, it was nice to be within walking distance of a few good restaurant/bar options just down the beach.

Quite expensive to not have breakfast included. Otherwise, no complaints!

A beautiful, quieter beach with amazing sunsets! Excellent beach restaurants nearby to explore. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again! Only 30 minutes from Liberia Airport.

the property was beautiful. like being in a Disneyland jungle set.

we got locked out on our balcony with no way to get back in. the door should NOT be able to lock from outside. the staff saw us and then never came back to help us. we had to “break in” through the bathroom window to get back in. very disappointed with the lack of help we received.

I've stayed there twice now, and I would return. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are convenient, and the food and drinks were tasty. This place has the vibe of a treehouse hidden in a jungle, but oh look, there's a beach!

I wish they gave each room two bottles of water each day, as is pretty common in hotels in this price range. That, and an ice machine for guests to access.

A gorgeous accommodation nestled within big lush green trees. Birds and monkey can be seen among the foliage. This is a nice quiet hotel, that is very family friendly. Easy access to the beach. Generally nice and shaded from the hot sun. We were in a room that had been recently renovated, so were pleasantly surprised. As family of 4, it was nice to have a separate sitting area from the sleeping area. Family friendly. Sand toys can be borrowed from reception.

Given how nice the hotel is, breakfast could be better quality. Difficult to keep the pool clean with the trees overhead, so we mainly stayed at the beach. Bedroom towels should be upgraded to match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Beautiful location, right on Playa Hermosa. A small, boutique style hotel, with only a few rooms, and well manicured grounds. A great spot, only moments away from the airport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - ours looked out directly on to the beach.

There was unfortunately a strong septic tank smell both near the pool area and in our room's bathroom. I'm not sure if they were having problems with the overall system or not, but it was pretty unpleasant.

The staff were so amazing! They totally go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need! They upgraded us to an ocean front suite for free as soon as we arrived. The location is amazing, right on the beach to enjoy the beautiful water of Playa Hermosa. There are a couple of restaurants and shops just up the street. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. Truly pura vida. Thank you so much to the staff for all your hard work and for taking care of us during our time there! It was a wonderful last couple days to relax before heading home.

The location was nice and quiet, peaceful. We were upgraded to a very lovely room. The food was quite good. The room was awesome.

For the price point there was little in the way of frills. My biggest piece of feedback would be enhancing the customer experience. I thought although pleasant enough wasnt anything special. Simple things:. Friendlier more outgoing staff would make a lot of difference, things like bug spray available, the happy hour/bar staff were my least favorite, very reactive vs proactive.

The property was absolutely stunning. we felt privileged to stay in such a please of beauty. However, even more amazing were the staff. the property is beautiful, but the staff are excellent. Every single one was charming, friendly, welcoming, helpful and very kind. Roy especially was great.
