Breakfast choice was fantastic . The staff were always super friendly and helpful. Excellent location for the 02 with lots to do in the area.
The only thing that was a bit of a chore was the winding steps up to the room. With your cases this was quite hard work. It wouldn’t stop us staying again and I’m sure if we asked for help it would be readily available as the staff were amazing .

Clean, quirky, friendly.
No ceiling light in our room. We had an early start the next day and it was very dark. It was quite expensive, I assume because there was a show at the 02

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the decor made the room feel cosy. The bar and restaurant was bubbly and the food was amazing!

Room was pleasant, adequate parking, nice location and the whole place had a lot of character.
Noise form the pub downstairs easily gets into the room so forget about getting an early night.
Breakfast was suppose to be from 7AM onwards, they were not ready for breakfast at 7 making me late and having to skip most of my breakfast.

We booked this hotel due to the location to the o2 (10 minute walk max) and it had all of the facilities that we needed for a 1 nights stay. Breakfast was included, as well as parking. Our room was small but well equipped and perfect for one night. There were nice touches, such as toiletries in the room, tea, coffee and a blue tooth speaker. The bar prices were reasonable.
The bed was quite small but I think it’s where I am used to a super king bed rather than a double. I found the room very warm despite the window being open.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pilot Inn, rooms are lovely and well clean, bed super comfortable and good sized shower. We found everything we needed in the room included a nespresso machine with 6 capsules. Downstairs there’s the pub, amazing drinks, good prices. At the restaurant (that we want to try next time we’ll be in London) they serve an excellent breakfast with a big choices of warm plates cooked at the moment. Free parking for guests just outside the property and only 10 minutes walking from the O2 and the Jubilee line, so perfect for a night out in London. We’ve been welcomed by a super friendly staff and a big lovely red cat!
A bit too hot during the night but there’s air conditioning on all the rooms, we didn’t use it just because of my neck pain so nothing to complain about.
