Bed and pillow were good

Paper thin walls. A Family arrived at midnight and were loud for over an hour. On the other side the guest invited a lady of the night who kept us awake with her theatrical moaning before she climbed on to her high heels and drove off at speed in to the night. We hardly slept at all. Breakfast was mainly highly-processed crap. Otherwise it was fine...

Very good place and location for very good price for the people who travel by car.

The noise from an airconditioned device and from the people from other rooms.

Perfect for overnight stop on way back to UK. I was on my motorcycle with loaded panniers and secure undercover parking right outside my door was spot on!

Heating was turned off! I arrived after riding through several thunderstorms and was hoping for a lovely warm room to dry off, only to be told that management had not sanctioned the heating to be turned on yet! It was the end of September so not supposed to be cold and wet but some flexibility required.

Extremely well located, quaint bed and breakfast. coming from South Africa, their three stars is actually 5 stars. Their rooms have black out curtains which allowed us to sleep in until 8 which is foreign for a first night in a new location. Their attention to detail is awesome. Their staff wonderful and accommodating - even to the English speaking!! Their shower was heavenly. Their breakfast was superb - compliments to the chef. Best first night in Italy, thank you so much. we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent! Clean room and nice bedding. Very friendly staff and convenient to drive to your room.

Main complaint was that the room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. The location in an industrial estate wasn't very nice but convenient to the motorway.

the hotel was a comfortable stay and restricted compound. I really liked the minibar and complementary drinks. Parking just in front of our room so no worry of any security issues.

They have very honest staff. Because everyday they came in to clean up the room.

The bedroom is very small but good if you only for transit.

The hotel is very nice. Stayed 2 nights, one on my way to Pisa and on the way back. It is very convenient if one travels by car, each room has a parking lot next to it. Even the hotel is located next to a highway (beneficial for travellers travelling by car) it is well isolated and it is so well decorated that we have an impression that we are next to a beach. Rooms are neat and comfortable, stuff is very welcome and helpful. Breakfast is nice.
