Room was very quiet for being in the city centre.

Very well located and quiet. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Location was fine if a little “shady” - room was large enough

Pillows were most uncomfortable and seemed to be made of the ancient variety of cut foam - we asked for softer pillows but were advised that no others were available The floors were at least part timber and squeaked - could be heard from adjacent rooms from 7am onwards Restaurant didn’t appear to be open at all

Easy access to the town. Comfortable bed with spacious room. Plenty of choice at breakfast and it was good hot food. Staff as always are helpful polite and friendly 😊 Would always recommend a stay here, it's a good service with a good hotel.

The air conditioning was noisy all night, didn't make for a good night's sleep. This is unusual, we have stayed here a few times now, reported it to the desk next morning.

location was perfect for our arrival into the central train station; lots of restaurants easily accessible

It was very warm in the two adjoining rooms we had. We turned both thermostats down but it didn’t feel like anything changed. Could not feel air moving. We opened the windows. We told the front desk agent who went in the office and told me something was on the wrong setting, that she’d “reset it” to “coldest setting.” Nothing changed in the room after that either.

The hotel was clean and quiet - the bedroom ceilings were super high and the decor was fun for our kids.

The beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in, which is tough for a tired traveler! Not only were they small but the mattresses were so overused there were divots in the center. We were also looking straight in to a brick wall, but we barely spent time in the room so that didn’t bother us much.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Massive bed, great water pressure in the shower, clean sheets. Iron was very useful too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was lovely with freshly made hot options as well as cold buffet.

Hotel & staff were brilliant. Breakfast was also brilliant.

The price! Very pricey but unfortunately that seems to be the norm now wherever you book.

The room was comfortable and clean. I don’t like not being able to charge my phone whilst I’m out the room because it doesn’t work when the key card is removed.

The fitness centre - broken equipment and very small and hot.

Bought an additional Breakfast and a charge of £17.00 regardless what you had was ridiculous.

neither reception or restaurant answer their phones. restaurant closed an hour early on the Sunday night so no food. Also housekeeping didn't replace dirty cups and cutlery during stay.
