La atención del personal era de 10, así como la comida, variedad y todo muy rico. Relación calidad precio excepcional.

La ubicación se encuentra en la zona alta, aunque a 3 minutos andando hay una parada de autobús que te baja a pradollano.

Lovely staff. Comfortable bed and a bath on bathroom which is great after spending day skiing. Enjoyable breakfast. Location good for getting to ski lifts just a shame there was very little snow, so couldn't ski in/out. Right next to bus stop for shuttle that goes around. Parking outside hotel. Hotel room nice and warm

Exterior of building a bit off putting because it looks rundown but inside clean despite needing renovations. Room clean but needs renovating. Lot of school children so I suppose it's going to have a lot of wear and tear. Think a lot of repairs have been DIY. Dinner ok but a little limited in choice. Perfectly OK for a budget hotel. Could do with mirror in bedroom.

In need of an urgent upgrade. Very dated . Hotel is at the top of the hill but too be fair the bus service was good

The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The dinner was so bad, half of the warm food was cold. The breakfast was ok, but not delicious. There ware loud, you can hear every sound in your room.
