Lovely place for a short stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool are is beautiful.

The hotel could do with a little maintenance etc. The reception area could be made more welcoming and attractive.

Staff was nice, we are allowed to use the kitchen at night (they only serve breakfast & lunch) Snorkeling trip was good & reasonable price. Nice front beach pool.

Overall good, just don't really like so many stairs to go to restaurant & pool. It difficult for some people who have problem to walk.

The bungalow was large and had a great view of the pool and the sea. The fridge came in handy too! Wonderful pool, also had a great view. Breakfast were delicious and extra tea and coffee was available. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nyoman who helped us with our wifi issues!! Close to a few restaurants, for more options you would need a scooter.

The wifi was excellent when it was working but we had lots of occasions where it dropped out completely. A bit frustrating.

The pool area, the green space around the villas, room was spatious and clean.

The light in the room was very weak and the door locks need fixing. The AC was very noisy so I couldn't sleep well at night. Umbrellas at the pool were impossible to move due to heavy concrete stand so we couldn't hide from the sun. Only two sunbeds had shade and they were taken.

Very steep location with lots of steps to reach the pool. Unable to snorkel out the front. Far from reztaurants, basic breakfast

We have stayed at this property many times before. The staff are amazing and always have been, the restaurant is no longer open for lunch and dinner this was one of the main reasons we booked. Our room number 2 had a bathroom door hanging off the hinges and very hard to open and close and scraping on the ground. The door to the room was very hard to push open as it was also scraping on the tiles and making a loud noise this once fantastic property is in need of maintenance

On beach, swimming pool

Very poorly maintained property. Just one person looking for whole property between 3pm to 7am Cockroaches inside room and bathroom. Jammed main and bathroom doors, rocky sea shore. Better / new properties are available nearby at lower rate

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The view and the proximity to the beach. The spacious room and balcony.

I found the steps a little difficult as a late 60s woman with bad knees. Some of the steps were quite deep.

In quiet bay, nice swimming spot and snorkeling. Staff were kind. Pool was lovely

So many stairs and drop offs, definitely not a good spot for small children or anyone with bad knees etc, shower was horrible, hot water cylinder kept turning off so we never had hot water, staff didn't understand that pushing the button every hour was ridiculous and unsafe (hello legionnaires disease) also lack of pressure when we did manage to get heat. Ants inside, coming through tiles.They didn't tell us restaurant wasn't operating until after we had signed in so we had to find breakfast away every morning.
