the facility is not new and the bathroom was also smelly. Despite the position outside the nightlife, however, the room was noisy.

After our stay I find it really hard to say anything good about this property. The owner was friendly enough and the cats were cute.
There was a massive situation that happened which then didn’t make me want to stay there and completely broke my feeling of being safe and trusting with valuables. The owner managed to sort it there and then however trust was broken within this hotel.
We nearly got overcharged for pig island but luckily I checked the prices prior.
Pictures of the breakfast is nothing like that nor the rooms. Get a service charge if you eat in their restaurant even if you are staying in the hotel which I think is super unfair. the bedding was an eyesore! the part of the beach the hotel is near is quite dirty also (not their fault I know) but pictures show different.
I don’t want to write too many negative things regarding this place as the lady and man are friendly and helpful and I don’t think so and I really hope they had nothing to do with what happened or knew what the cleaners were up to.
We just had a very bad experience. Deposit was 3000 baht or a passport which isn’t stated anywhere… luckily we was able to leave cash as we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our passport.
Maybe my trust will grow back to stay here again at some point but I will always make sure I keep my money and passport on me and not leave it in the room!

really friendly staff! they speak English very well and think along which is great! fine hotel room, comfortable bed and lovely place outside for yourself. Lots of cats too! 🤎
the check in is only from 14 so I had to wait a while but did got some ice tea! bathroom was kinda gross but manageable.

great location, awesome rooms... the owner was super kind and did everything possible to make my trip a good one... do recommend and will most likely go back there if I'm in Samui again! also friendly staff and chill atmosphere... thank you crab!!!

The staff is really helpful and can help you with everything. Don’t be afraid to ask for tips for everywhere in Thailand. The hotel is located close to the beach with many restaurants close. 7/11 is next door to the hotel and is very good to have close to you.

Very overpriced. Worst bed I've ever slept in..Bedside light didn't work or the outside light..no complimentary tea or coffee in the room or reception..Fridge is full of overpriced hotel drinks leaving no space for your own.. The pool table you have to pay for each time, never seen that in Thailand ever.. I specifically asked the staff not to disturb me that day but the maid just came in anyway and woke me up...Thanks :)

simple, cozy, comfortable stay right next to the beach. you won’t get beach views, but you can take a short 100m walk to it. the staff accommodated my late 11pm check in and everyone was friendly and welcoming. the AC works and there is hot water, you’ll even find a fridge in the room. 7/11 is conveniently available at the entrance and as you know in Thailand 7/11 has everything and anything you need.

The staff at the property were so accommodating and helpful! Very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach and close to the centre. Great location and great places to eat. Highly recommend!

The guys here are very friendly and help where they can. I got a lot of tips from them and it helped me a lot. Due to changing my plans I decided to extend my stay, and even though I didn't book again over booking they gave me the same price instead of increasing it. So that's very nice of them. Bed is the best I had in Thailand and the room is quite big. I can only recommend staying here.

Great location very near the beach. Very nice staff who shared lots of great information about the area. Appreciated the very friendly and very helpful staff. Room was large, great windows, safe. Would definitely suggest getting an upgraded room as it is worth it -- bigger, better amenities, etc.
The AirCon in my first room didn't work, but staff worked hard (on a holiday!) to try to get it and did their best to make it right. They use some pellets to reduce bugs that are effective but do have a bit of a smell which might not bother most people, but I was a bit sensitive to it. (You can just ask to have them removed if they do). The restaurant in the hotel was not open, but there were lots of other restaurants nearby so it wasn't a problem.

Bathroom needs to improve. Others are great. Quiet and safe place to stay. Great service. Safe and quiet place for my 4 days trip. I lost my sunglasses when I went to Koh Nang Yuan. Luckily, the trip agent, tour guide, hotel manager helped me to find it back to me. Super appreciate them.
