Blizina atrakcija. Jako puno restorana u ulicama oko hotela. Dobra baza za obilaske i dobra soba nakon zamjene. Dozvolili su nam da ostavimo stvari nakon odjave i ponudili su nas kavom i čajem pri odlasku.

Prvi dan smo “spavali” u sobi sa malim prozorom koji gleda u zid sa cijevima ventilacije. Kotlić za vodu sam morao moliti da mi da vodu. Osječali smo se kao u zatvoru. Mislili smo se traziti smjestaj u drugom hotelu, ali nakon intervencije na recepciji dali su nam drugu sobu kakva je bila prikazana na ponudi. Hvala Mustafa

The staff was good and very helpful and polite. The location was good, as well as the breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent and they provided many towels, bedsheets and water.

The water pressure in the shoer was very low and weak and the bathroom is very tiny and it had an unpleasant odour. Also when our room window was closed, cold air was still coming through. Another problem was that mosquitoes had bitten my children throughout the night.

Все было очень хорошо нам понравилось!!! Каждый день номер убирают даже каждый день меняли постельное белья!!! Завтрак тоже хороший был! Местоположение вообще супер 2 минутах ты уже на айасофие . Когда приедем обратно в Стамбул обязательно ещё раз выбираем этот отель!!!

The location was excellent, near many important sights. The people at the reception were amazing; very friendly, helpful and warm people. Ready to help every time there was need to. The room, although a little small, was very clean and cosy. The breakfast varied every day and cappuccino was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Next time we go to Istanbul we are going to choose the same hotel; it felt like home to us.

Great location!

The location was perfect! The cleaning staff was amazing. We had one lady for our entire stay that cleaned our room and she precious. She did an amazing job with our room, always arranging the towels in a neat, different design on the bed each time. It was so sweet. And she always asked us if it was ok to clean before she did, just in case we were coming back because she didn’t want to inconvenience us.

The property could use some updates like new refrigerators in the rooms (ours wouldn’t cool down anything!) and possible new shower heads (ours would violently collapse after we finished showering) just small things like that.

The location of the hotel was perfect. You have everything you need un this area. Very touristic. The tram station is directly on the street behind the hotel. The metro station (connection to Asia) 10 minutes walk. A small shops open until late night. The stuff at the reception were very polite and helpful. They speak good english. It is possible to book the taxi to the airport or book some boat tours.

The breakfeast definitly needs an improvment. If you go realy early not everthing is ready. The bread is missing for example. But if you go 45 minutes before closing time, the most of the things will be empty. There will not be empty even cups for the coffee or tea. Nobody is bringing it. Nor refiling the empty stuff. Also, for the hotel capacity there are not enough tables. If you go in a rush hour, you need to wait to be seated. The towels need to be bleached better. There were often some stains on the fresh ones.

Breakfast was average and not much options. I would visit this hotel again only for the location is excellent. it had just enough that you needed for a short stay especially if you are out all day. the shower needs some updating as well as spa facilities not available.

The room we chose. we could not open the window and use the little balcony because the black sheets put on there as well as the windows were covered in bird poo. Breakfast needs to be improved.

The personnel was wonderful. So much hospitality and eagerness to help. Breakfast was also delicious and pretty abundant. Our stay was awesome.

The location is wonderful as expected. The breakfast is OK, not exceptional, but good enough.

Their large family room was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. We have 3 children, one is 10 months old, so it was important. When we arrived the manager gave us two rooms instead of the family room. Both of the rooms did not have even a decent window, but that I could bear. Moreover the manager tried to offer my big family ONE ROOM at first, which is just outrageous and disrespectful. All this they let me know ONLY after I have payed for the stay in full. No apologies, no excuses, like "oh, if you cant fit in this one, I will give you one more room with no extra charge". The actual price for both of the rooms together seemed to be less than the family room I booked. I demanded a refund, no reply - fine, choke on your extra hundred euros if it's more important to you than treating your guest. Two days later they gave me the room I have booked and payed for, and the rest of our stay was OK. Except for this issue the hotel is OK for their level and price. Not very clean, no soundproofing at all. But anyway: never stay in this hotel, they just don't seem to care. This is the first time I yelled at the hotel manager, you know I am not a prima donna, but it was something else.

The hotel is very near To Historic Attraction like Hagia Sophia and near To restaurant. The room are clean and the staf were very friendly. i enjoy My stay here and of course will again check in this hotel in My next vist To Sultanahmet.
