Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande von Istanbul in einem Wohngebiet, umgeben von vielen Hochhäusern. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte und einige Restaurants. Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Rückseite hinaus. Dort war es meistens sehr ruhig, bis auf die Straßenhunde, die irgendwie die halbe Nacht gebellt haben. Der Poolbereich war ein wenig dunkel und kalt. Daher sind wir nur kurz schwimmen gegangen. Das Personal war superfreundlich. Ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Ugur von der Rezeption. Dieser war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat uns immer bei den Taxifahrern geholfen und somit hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es gab türkische Spezialitäten, wie Käse, Oliven, Gebäck mit Schafskäse, Salate und Saucen. Aber auch Waffeln, Rührei, Marmelade, Croissants, Weißbrot, Müsli, Obst, usw. Ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man die Haltestelle vom Metrobus. Fahrkarten kann man dort direkt am Ticketautomat kaufen. dieser nimmt aber nur Bargeld. Ich habe ein Ticket mit 7 Fahrten für 200 TL ca. 6€ gekauft. Mit diesem Metrobus kann man innerhalb von einer Std. in Richtung Zentrum von Istanbul fahren, man muss dann noch in die T1 Straßenbahn umsteigen und man kommt direkt bei der Hagia Sofia raus. Oder man fährt nur eine Station und man erreicht die Marmara Mall, mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Der Spabereich ein wenig wärmer und heller.

الفندق لابأس به لكن الموظفين تعاملهم سيء وايضاً الفندق جداً سيء في الخدامات وتنظيف الغرف ونقطه كمان انه بعيد جداً عن الاماكن السياحية

Hotel front door should be facing the main road for easy access and safety,, we could not walk at night as nothing in front of the hotel Breakfast is too expensive

Room was clean. The hotel was very close to the main road and easily accessible. The wifi service was good. The staff was also helpful. The fitness room was available 24 hours.

I didn't like the food. The quality of food can be improved.

The connecting rooms were not connected as answered by the hotel when I asked Charging extra for coffee from the machine was not reasonable

Staff is not supporive i told them my arrival time but i had to book another room because they didnt have empty rooms and they told me to come back 12 i came bafk still had to wait 1 hour to grt the room , the room wasnt totally clean there was cegratess on ground , old style room , food is not good and internet is not good at all

Nothing much, rooms are ok, but first it’s not maintained and not clean.

Not much clean, AC doesn’t work well, barely cooling, although they changed my room but seems all the hotel has bad ACs.

I must pay extra for a bed for my child

Came in from abroad on a very early flight . The hotel couldn't prepare the suite early enough witch is understandable. In a perfect world we would have checked in as early as we have checked out
