Very clean and comfortable and great location. We enjoyed our stay here. Giuseppe is a very nice man and extremely helpful.

Location is excellent, in the middle of Montepulciano, with everything accessible on foot. Luisa and Guiseppe were most helpful in providing suggestions on what to see / do in the area, along with restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Montepulciano

Very central, Josephe at the front desk was so helpful, he showed me what to do and where to eat throughout my stay. I will definitely go back and stay there. Super clean room and very spacious.

Excellent customer service. Exceptional service in meeting our needs by booking our breakfast, booking wine tour and personally driving us to our bus station.

The room was cold.

The room was very stylish with aircon every where. A few stairs to clime to my top floor room, but not just a room more of a self contained flat with a nice small kitchen and very nice bathroom with great water pressure in the shower.

Room was larger than I thought The couple who manage the BnB is so helpful and friendly. at the last moment we had to change plans and went there with 2 dogs. When I called them to inform they were so kind. The next day they suggested us a beautiful terrace to have breakfast! We went Montepulciano for work and stayed only one night but thanks to them we felt like we are in a proper holiday.

Very flexible with check in- also helped us book reservations for a restaurant that we had visited 22 years before!
