价格有点点贵

Un albergo molto grande, vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni. Ottimo Spa anche se, secondo me, il sauna finlandese dovrebbe avere la temperatura leggermente più alta (ho visto che questo è stato un punto di risalto in altre recensioni). Per il resto, nn aspettavo di meno per il hotel 4 stelle a un prezzo piuttosto elevato.

Forse la distanza dalla mia camera al “onsen”, era literalmente al l’altro lato della struttura (ho contato forse 180 metri)

お風呂の備品が足りなかった。 タオルも硬かった。

ロケーションがよかった。 今回はレンタカーだったが、駅が近くて交通の便もいいので、のんびり電車旅もしてみたいと思った。 お土産買うのも商店街が近くて便利だった。 お風呂も広くて気持ちよかった。 低温サウナはゆっくり入れて（高温は苦手）なのでよかった。

しいて言えば、館内が広いのでお風呂まで距離があった。

We loved that the hotel proved a minibus to take us to the station to avoid the heavy rain. The kids room was great. We really liked the range of options for breakfast. The children were very excited about ice cream for breakfast! The staff really tried to be helpful and offer suggestions.

It was difficult to find food options for the children. We did use the sushi restaurant and the bar was great when we finally found it. We didn’t know it served good and that children were allowed.

子供の食事がしやすい場所があるといいなと感じました。

朝食がとても美味しかった！あと、大浴場の温泉♨️もよかったけど、個室風呂はもっと良かったです。その後の休憩場も清潔感あって、音楽や水も飲めてマッサージ機もあってかなり良かったです。

We were here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay, we would have liked an extra day. The hotel is in a great location right next to the train station, so is really handy for bus & train transport links. The onsite onsen was really good and we had a large room with a riverside view, which was nice after coming from a hotel with a much smaller room in Kyoto. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit der Bezeichnung "Japanese Western Style", welches sowohl die traditionelle Art der Einrichtung als auch moderne, bequeme Betten bot. Das Zimmer war groß, super sauber und sehr schön. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf den Fluss vor dem Hotel. Wir sind ausschließlich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs gewesen, die Anbindung zum Hotel hätte nicht besser sein können. Von hier aus ist man sehr gut angebunden, um mit den Öffentlichen zu schönen Wanderrouten zu fahren. Das Highlight waren die Onsen, wunderschön, ruhig und perfekt um nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen!

Wäre schön, wenn das Personal etwas besser Englisch könnte.

Great choice at breakfast, very close to Yumoto Hakone station, friendly staff. We used the private onsen and had massages which were great and good value for money.

Not a lot to complain about, other than the double rooms had sold out so we had to take one of the more expensive Ryokan rooms. This was a good experience, but compared to the double rooms our friends stayed in, it didn’t seem worth the increase in cost.

Perfect location very close to main train station (5' walk), huge room with lovely view, impeccable cleaning standards, lots of amenities, great food at onsite izakaya, staff highly professional. Affordable onsite onsen and easy to book even at last minute. Great onsite shop with local products.

Bathroom a bit outdated but fully functional.

Very convenient location barely a 5 minute walk from the station. Rooms were luxurious large (for Japan) and well fitted. Staff very friendly

My curtains cannot be opened and my window view is bad.

Location- just a short and direct walk across from Hakone-Yumoto Station, with an elevator to go right up to level of hotel. Spacious comfortable room, good onsen facilities.

Not much

It was a decent walk from the tiny village (one street village). When we got there, they told us that it wasn’t possible to have dinner or breakfast there despite there being a restaurant on site! Rather a disappointing stay all round and we couldn’t wait to get out of there the following morning.
