Exceptional service.The gentleman at service desk has exceptional customer service , helpful,friendly,chatty.
He was informative being a public holiday.
Location Convenient,very clean.

Our room had a set of internal stairs which wasn’t shown in the photos when booking. We had purposefully booked a single-story apartment due to having a 14m old baby and not wanting the danger of stairs and therefore this was disappointing. The kitchen facilities were fairly old and basic - there wasn’t even a toaster to use.

Over all our room was great, plenty of space, the bed was comfortable.
Upon checking in, before we used our bathroom I found the drain in the hand basin full of hair, very disgusting to find and even on the second day after housekeeping had been the hair was still there. I did not remove the hair, it wasn't mine and I don't expect to have to clean the bathroom in my room before I use it when I am paying over $500 for two nights accomodation. Also I tried to use the iron in this room, you may want to inspect it, it doesn't hold water, has a leak in it, I wasn't that fazed by the iron, however the bathroom was a big disappointment.

Shower screen door handle broken. All furniture and fixtures knocked and marked. Lift floor extremely dirty. Bed mattress was in good condition however the quilt had stains in various spots. The spare pillow in cupboard had a pillow slip which was discoloured.

Our room on the fourth floor was very quiet even though the property showed a “No Vacany” sign. The view was amazing too!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel was close to everything. Comfortable, clean bed.
Room had a little ant problem. I did let the staff know and they were mortified but then I didn't hear anything back.

compared to prices on the Gold Coast it was a bit pricy for not having a pool, jacuzzi or gym facilities.

This hotel was excellent from start to finish. Checking in was a breeze the staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room was very clean big and airy, we had a great view of the river and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom bench was a little outdated but that was a minor issue.

always love this place every time we go to Bundy we always should to stay here if possible
only thing we suggest they should do , give customers couple bottles of water or some water instead of nothing
