Great location

More regular cleaning would be advantageous.

Friendly staff, kitchen was kept clean and the lounge area outside the rooms was cosy.

There was only one toilet and shower for three bedrooms to share. The beds were really close together. When first getting to the building had to ask someone for help finding the room.

Private bed in public space, it was really comfortable. I stayed in room 4, toilet also pretty nice but one toilet sink was clogged. but other 2 toilets were clean so i don't complaining. I would love to stay here more if i need, I don't understand why here's have bad score. and laundry also free!

I didn't know it was online check-in only so I has to wait some time to figure it out.

Alright price and location

Staff were not very helpful when requested to be I'm the same room as my friend. Confusing layout, no staff available to help at check in. Bathrooms were consistently dirty and smelly Small kitchen, also not clean

nothing. the rooms were dirty, there was one toilet, the kitchen is tiny, and nothing felt safe at all

when I arrived there were no staff members around, there was a sheet on the desk saying it’s self check in and I should have received an email with my details. I hadn’t. I’m a young female solo traveller and was exhausted and worried at this point, there was no one at all around other than a man who just came back from a run, he tried to help me but also couldn’t find any staff. after about 45 minutes someone appeared and said they would send me the email now (it’s about 9pm at this point). so I was finally able to access my room. the room was tiny and the beds weren’t clean, lucky I was only staying two nights. my room was directly next to the kitchen and so was very loud all night. wouldn’t recommend to anyone, DO NOT STAY HERE

I decided to leave

The place looked very run down. I drove by the house 3 times because i did not realise it was a Hostel. The outside area looked like a dumping place (old mattress, old washer, loads of clothes etc.). the fresh linen was stored on the pool table. The whole place just looked filthy and weird. The door to my dorm had no lock. The main door was unlocked as well, so literally anyone could've walked in. I don't even think there was staff present (I arrived at 3pm). Im a female solo traveler and felt so unsafe I decided to leave. Thank god I arrived early so there was enough time to book a different accommodation.

The booking.com description is not accurate, you can’t rent a bike for instance.

that room 3 lock worked on the door so that was the only time I felt safe

how no staff are there, and if there was staf they were rude people that had acted like they were house keepers never emptied the bins nothing was tidied or clean. but at lest my sheets were cleaned. we were all asleep and two of the house keepers came in at 1:30 in the morning in the kitchen opposite the room I was staying in not giving a care in the world to be quite. a homeless man came in to the property and a housekeeper wanted to argue with me about me ringing up the number that’s on booking.com saying I shouldn’t have to worry that all the doors are unlock to the property and homeless people are come snooping. and said how they come in fully knowing they can shower here. I just didn’t feel safe it was disgusting and rude people.

Tom the staff member was very helpful and showed us where the bars and a good night out was. The free washer and dryer was great.

Close to a mall with stores and supermarket as well as to the town centre (with a lot of good op shops!). Nice common areas as well making it easy to socialize.

Could definetly use a good deep clean and I dont think i saw any staff while there, but its your average hostel to a good price for australia!

Really good value for money! Rooms were clean and pleasant. Staff were really friendly and go above and beyond.

There is one shared toilet and a sink next to it on the outside. It was clean but a little awkward.
