Location, everything new, after renovation, enough facilities, perfect view, friendly host eager to help. bikes available.

the balcony - no privacy from the the neighbors downstairs. fridge a bit noisy during the night.

Excellent breakfast, superb location with the beach next to the building, and the cycling route stating from the parking lot. Nice restaurant just across the street. Beautiful scenery. And Austria only 5km away. it was nice to have a possibility to rent a bicycle and a paddleboat at the hotel (and at a reasonable price).

The noise isolation could have been better - we could hear our neighbours walking the steps in their room and taking shower. We received 2 key-cards at the reception - one for all the building and another ow for the room only. It would be easier for us if both keys were for the whole building (the one for the room only was a bit useless).

Overall it’s a nice place.. Big rooms.. pretty new, but not the best quality of materials.. The receptionist was really pleasant, although she didn’t speak English

The big apartment is for 6 people, but has a 4 people dining table, there is not even a big enough table in the hotels dining area.. no elevator, no ac, and if you have kids don’t bother opening the windows in the night because the noise from Downstairs is terrible… the receptionist doesn’t know English.. and there is no English information about anything..

The thing this place offers for sure is a top notch location. Hotel is located on a beautiful lake with best view in that hotel area and there are enough activities around for you to enjoy.

Well lets list the thing we did not like: 1. Receptionist did not speak English which led to no introduction of the premises nor explanation where is what. When we asked where is what, receptionist simply said "down" and we were on our own journey to find both billiard and whirlpool. 2. Sauna was not prepared for our reservation. Place was heated to 60 degrees and we were told that we have to switch it to 80 and wait 10-15 minutes, while in fact we spent there 1 hour and in that time, sauna heated from 60 till 67. Changing room was also not warmed at all, therefore, we were running from the sauna to the showers back and front. 3. Breakfast was another journey. From warm foods you get half cooked eggs with both perfect cooked and rawest whites I have ever seen and instead of some bacon or sausages, there were warmed "steaks" made out of huge boiled sausage which tasted like paper (and no, we do not have covid, that was the taste of it). Oh and breakfast coffee was 1/5 - tasted like instant 3in1 coffee, while next to it we had proper coffee machine, but for cash. Not cool guys, not cool. You know that your coffee is yikes. 4. Most important thing - sleep. We did not get it. Kept waking up every hour, not worried or anything, but simply moving around the bed. Sheets were made form some kind of towel material while pillows were completely different (each had one). One being somehow good and keeping the shape, while other one was from the cheap, cheap synthetic category.

Excellent location - small town, beautiful nature, access to the lake from the hotel. Roos are good equipped, there are microwave and fridge, set for making coffee. Very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast!!!

Be careful with the late check-in, it can be additionally charged.

I can recommend this hotel. The personnell was really friendly and was very willing to help with anything. The accomodation itself was very nice. All the rooms have a view to the lake and especialy now in the autumn, the colors of the trees were very nice. It is possible to ask for a dinner but we wwere recommended to go to a near restaurant. This place is great fit for cycling or hiking trips. There are many interesting places around, e.g. Vitkuv hradek, Lipno nad Vltavou, Cesky Krumlov etc.

Nothing specific. I was satisfied.

The location is great.

The walls between the rooms are very weak.
