I realised it was out of town but didn’t realise the road would be so busy.

Our go to every time we come to Rotorua. Highly recommended

Please replace horrible porters brand tea and coffee, get dilma and macona would finish off nice rooms well

I really liked how clean the rooms were. Had all the facilities we needed.

The spray in the room was quite overpowering.

Was in a good location for us. Heat pump heated the room quickly which was good after a day in the rain.

Shower was either scorching hot or cold was hard to find a warm spot. Oven element would only work if turned fully on and 1 element didn’t work.

The water pressure in the shower was great, my daughter loved the animals

The facilities were generally clean however there was some mould on the bottom of the curtains and a damp smell from under the kitchen sink.

Nice place to settle in for the night. Nice parking. Easy to find on the main road. Helpful staff.

Room was lovely. Modern, clean, large and comfortable. Loved the chickens coming up to the door of the patio to say hi. Convenient parking right outside room. Bed was very comfy.

A bit further out of town than I expected but not too terrible. The rest of the property was a little run down but the great room made up for it.

The location, the staff were very friendly and having the animals and playground was great. it was nice a simple perfect for a short stay. the wooden carvings and gardens were really lovely.

the kitchen needed a few more bits like potato peeler, a bowl and some extra utensils. the wi-fi is very patchy. Clearly everyone is working hard but the site is still bit messy.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean and modern. There was a nice view from the room. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes drive from main Rotorua city, a bit far out if you didn't have a car.

Getting in and out of the property from the main road was very difficult due to high volumes of traffic constantly passing on the road.

Second time staying here, has everything you need for an easy, no fuss family holiday - with an added bones of a great playground for the kids!

Great location, clean and tidy. Loved the Alpacas and the service was second to none.

My friends & I drove down from Auckland & staff went above & beyond for us as we were going to be checking in around 10pm- they made sure to leave the key somewhere we could find. The property is absolutely beautiful- wish we had longer to explore the farm animals. Perfect for a place to sleep a group of people- kitchen facilities were appreciated as well. Will stay here again in the future!
