On several occasions I found that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. Whenever I asked them a question about facilities or rooms they said they did not know the answer, but they never offered to find the answer. Although a conference was occurring at the hotel the front desk staff never knew when and where events were being held. I had tried to book a meeting room for one of my days three months ahead of the conference but I never got a confirmation or price until the day of my meeting. I did not learn the room number until an hour before my meeting began, which made it difficult to coordinate the meeting with participants.

breakfast was fantastic. Location is fantastic.

Our stay was for 8 days. On day 4 we paid our entire stay for 8 nights. That canceled our ability to sign to our room in the restaurant and laundry. We were not told of this by the front desk at the time. We discovered this by accident when the restaurant told us we had not signing ability. We went to the desk to give them a new card. We sent laundry and that department did not check to see if we had renewed credit they simply did not return our laundry until 12 full hours after it was supposed to be returned. It was with the help of Erwin from the staff that the situation was rectified. Impressed with Erwin but NOT impressed with the desk or the laundry.
