breakfast buffet was great i think it was false advetisment online saying you have free shuttle and when i was at the hotel i was told the shuttle was $15 each person after i was checked in i couldnt do anything i was very dissapoited of the kind of advertsiment

Que no responden el teléfono los de room service tuve que ir a buscar a alguien al restaurante

La limpieza de las áreas comunes así como la de la habitación, impecables.
Es un hotel confortable, con lo que se requiere para una estancia cómoda y ubicado en una zona estratégica para desplazarse a pie o en taxi/uber.
La estadía no incluye desayuno, eso sería un plus.
El servicio de TV sólo incluia algunos canales de cable básicps, ningún canal de películas estaba habilitado.

Ubicación y elegancia
Que no viene incluído el desayuno y se paga por aparte, y la política de que los niños comen gratis solo aplica en el desayuno, en el resto de las comidas no, cosa que no lo dice en la página, para que estén enterados de este gran detalle oculto.

Friendly staff, ok breakfast
Were supposed to get room with balcony and city view, none of it happened. Shower head was way too old, couldn't get a decent waterflow. When arrived my credit card was charged, when leaving I was asked to pay again, explained the first day charge was only a hold, though the hold stayed on my credit card for full 10 days. If possible stay away from Holiday Inn, it's not worth of your money.

the location and the swimming pool are great
the airco wasnt working and we had to wait a lot for coffee while we were having breakfast . there isnt any coffee or ice available in the room
