Fabulous view from the apartment with beach views to see the surfers, boats, waves and dolphins. The apartment was very comfortable and walking distance to great beach's, cafes, restaurants and you can even walk into the central part of Port Macquarie. The coastal walk was amazing with some amazing beach's and great look outs. We had the best time and can't wait to come back. Thank you to Jenni for her friendly welcome and VERY helpful service, great suggestions for day trips and even suggesting a fabulous pie/sausage roll bakery.

This is our second visit and will definitely be back. The location of Sandcastle Apartments is just amazing and the apartments are 5 star. Fabulous views over Town Beach and large balconies to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. PMQ offers a variety of restaurants and cafes which are a 5 minute drive or 10-15 min walk from Town Beach area. Private parking on site is also an added bonus.

The location to the beach and the outstanding views. There was plenty of living room that had great ocean views and the balcony had breathtakingly stunning views over Town Beach.
For a fully equipped apartment with a huge kitchen it was lacking in some small basic things that make traveling so much easier, like salt & pepper, oil, cling wrap, tissues etc. Things that have been in every other apartment we have stayed in.

Location was fabulous with fantastic sea and beach views. The apartment was very nice with a lift to the door. Car parking waa excellent, a dedicated garage was available for the apartment in a secure underground car park (this is not mentioned in the advertising). A lift took you directly from the garage to your front door. The large balcony gave a good level of privacy.
No cleaning products were provided and no welcome pack. The fridge/freezer was very noisy and there was a stale smell in the bathroom/toilet areas. Only one bath towel each and one tea towel was provided. I found the bed uncomfortable, but resolved this by placing a blanket under the bottom sheet (this is more of a personal choice as we are used to softer beds).
The wifi was good but was not secured, as was shared with whole block of apartments. The apartment didn't quite meet our expectations, and therefore, we fellt it was overpriced.

super nice staff and perfectly comfortable bed, great location in centre of town, price was right for us, just two nights
Guests are asked to strip the bed and clean up, including cleaning supplies in the room, which I'd never seen in all my travels! They did explain in a note it was in order to protect staff from Covid or something - but struck me as odd. The rooms are clean but dated, for sure - you get what you pay for, it was a reasonable price and ultimately just fine for us for a brief stay. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and communicative.
