The weather, my bed was so uncomfortable.

Walking distant to the beach, shops and restaurants. Having a stove and microwave. Comfortable bed with extra blankets.

Been close to the town basin of Paihia. Having a nice cosy rest. Loved the new stove.

Everything was great. There was nothing not to like.

Great location, and great that dogs are accommodated. Good bathroom size, shower had good water pressure and heat.

Motel is a bit worn and could do with a refresh. Our booking was for an apartment/not a studio but were given a studio. Maybe the room descriptions could be updated to be a bit clearer. There was a bit of noise presumably from the motels either side. We only ended up staying one night of the two we booked. No refund which was clarified by the team on check out and wasn't expected as part of the booking conditions. Found another place down the road for around same price on water front with clear view of water from room.

Close to town n Beach didn't have to drive just walked to city centre

The owners were lovely. They always asked us if we need anything. The location is great, close to the beach and easy walk to the city center. The room was big and cozy.

We missed an air conditioner. It was a little hot and even though there was a fan in the room we were very hot in there.

Great location and very hospitable owner/operator. Very close to the dog-friendly beach and plenty of space for our pet (a large GSD) to be kept safely inside.

Could do with an Air-Con... especially in the warmer and more humid days where opening all the doors just won't cut it.
