Location was excellent and very central for what I wanted to do. I went on several walks on the beach and round the river and wharf area.. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good with another storm passing through, However, I would certainly stay again - very enjoyable catching up with all the changes in the area as I had not been back to Gisborne for 19 years.

The location was great and the set up fantastic for a family with the kids having one room and me having my own. The place was modern and the staff were very freindly and accomodating

The wifi was a bit slow, but they did appologise and advised that they had recently had fibre included and it was fixed the Monday

the staff were amazing friendly and a lot of laughs the rooms were beautiful and clean the blankets are outdated and asked for a better one to which the housekeepers were accommodating

It's a good amount of space, and the beds are comfortable. Good toiletries supplied, and the mini kitchen (no oven) has most things you'd need for a few days.

Missed that promised second TV in the bedroom! Also don't like the VERY EARLY wake up from the Toll team working behind the motel.
