The building is old and not maintained well. When arrived to checked in the receptionist was standing at the back playing his phone without notice customer for minutes. He was so unwelcome and inpatient, put everything on the desk and said ok when the checked in done without telling where is the room number and how to get there, quite rude.

The receptionist is rude, (girl) arabic The room is very smelly ( carpet) from the 1st day to our last day. The carpet is like wet underneath. The water coming from the window The service is too slow, we asked the tv remote on our 1st night they gave the next morning despite our many calls to send, the next day we ask 1 glass and ice cubes, they give us after 3 hrs, and no ice cubes. Horrible. Something wrong to the management and the manager. Need to change him or her. Outdated hotel

Nice , sweet, big enough room

1 - the view , I know most all hotels do not have nice views , but my window was going right to the road , so in the evening it was quite noisy. 2 - I came to celebrate my birthday , but : A) there was NO HOT WATER! B) The phone in the room was not working, so I had to run to reception and back around 5 times , just to get some water or help with this phone. 3 - because the phone wasn't working idk why upon checking out the receptionist said that I have to pay 15 dhs for the local call . Come on guys , the phone wasn't working and your technician knows that and reception knows that . I don't mind paying, but for what??? I did not call ! 4 - housekeeping needs to clean tables sometimes, it was super dirty ... I was happy when I checked in , in the evening there was a very nice and kind guy ( I'm sorry , I don't remember the name ) , but after him ... The guys were quite not interested in what the guest was asking for , but i wasn't making drama because I stayed for 1 night . I'm glad that I didn't stay there longer.

Location and price

Rooms are not exposed to the sunlight.. there was a smell in the rooms .. changed rooms but same issue of mold smell

موقع الفندق في منتصف البرشاء في مكان هادئ ولكن قريب منك جميع الخدمات وكذلك توفر مواقف السيارات أسفل الفندق كذلك البهو ، حجم الغرفة الواسع مع الاهتمام بنظافتها ، يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه أعزكم الله ، والشكر لطاقم العمل الودود والمتعاون والحريص على راحة النزلاء وخدمتهم.

بسبب البهو المفتوح من أسفل الفندق إلى أعلى طابق كان عزل الصوت ضعيفاً.
