Lovely clean hotel. Restaurant meals were very good and reasonably priced. Near to beach but quiet.

Water in shower was sometimes not very hot.

Located in a prime location, this hotel offers guests easy access to the sandy shores and the ocean. The hotel is also conveniently located near a bustling night market, 5 minutes traveling by tok tok where visitors can sample local cuisine and shop for souvenirs. The rooms at this hotel, providing ample space for guests to relax and unwind. The decor is tasteful slightly dated modern, with comfortable furnishings and have good-quality amenities. But what really sets this hotel apart is its staff. From the moment guests arrive, they are greeted by warm and welcoming team members who go above and beyond to make sure their stay is enjoyable. Whether guests need recommendations for local restaurants and attractions or help with their luggage, the staff is always available and eager to assist.

The room was really tiny and furniture was old and outdated. The little couch/bench area was stained and looked dirty. There was a mini fridge inside the cupboard but it was so small that 2 water bottles wouldn’t fit in at the same time, it was old and dirty as well. The staff was not helpful or active. You had to ask for everything as they were not attentive to anyone’s needs, whilst checking out I had 2 suitcases, but there was zero help in taking my bags from the room down and then to the car, the staff just stood around and watched as I did it myself. Also, when I went for breakfast, I went to get some coffee, as I placed my cup under the coffee machine a staff member came and snatched the cup from the machine and took it away. (oh and the cup was so dirty I nearly puked and had to check multiple cups in order to find one that looked a little cleaner). When she took away the cup, I think it was because the coffee was finished in the machine or something, but she didn’t even TRY to communicate that and just walked away and didn’t even once come and tell me that the coffee was ready now or anything.. it was so strange I left without coffee. For breakfast, there are good Thai options but limited options for those who don’t eat Thai food for breakfast.
