У нас были апартаменты Bonita с видом на бухту. Очень удобные апартаменты, комфортные. Есть вся необходимая посуда, стиральная машинка. Лифт. Очень большая терраса с красивым видом. Нам предоставили детский стульчик и кроватку, за что огромное спасибо. Персонал очень вовлеченный, чувствуется забота. Также подарили приветственное вино. Территория комплекса большая и красивая и закрыта от машин, безопасно гулять с детьми. Много кафе и ресторанов, везде вкусно. Особенно понравился ресторан в бич клабе, где делают русские сырники. Сам бич клаб с песком. Также на территории есть аптека и магазин. Парковка бесплатная. Обязательно вернёмся снова.

STAY AWAY KEEP YOUR MONEY In my 24 years of travelling this is the worst experience I have ever had. I specifically booked this hotel to relax with my sister. Unfortunetaly, it did not met my expectations. First of all, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I arrived around 3h00 and I was really tired after a long flight. When we first arrived at the reception, the staff did not even bother to show us where is the pool, the beach and the parking spot.We went to our room to freshen up and we called the reception to ask where is the pool. The lady told me to wait 5 minutes outside for her colleague. I sat on the ground waiting 50 minutes and he did not once apologize. I was cold and it was pouring rain. The layout of this hotel is the stupiested thing I have ever saw. Every building is apart from its facilities. After showing me where the pool was , I was in shocked of how it looks nothing like the pictures. But mostly it was dirty and I was disgusted by it. I could’t not even get in it. I forgot my sunglasses in the room so I went back and when I returned in front of the pool, there was a staff member who was impolite. He basically asked me what do you want? He did not believe I was a hotel guest until I showed him my card. For a five star hotel, I expected respect and courtesy , I felt uncomfortable and out of place. Second of all, when we returned to our bedroom, the dining table kept wobbling and the bed was very uncomfortable. Finally, breakfast was included in our reservation and we had to find the restaurant ourselves because they did not show it to us. When we arrived, the waiter told us that we were not on his list. At this point I was furious of how unorganized this staff was. Then he called the reception and they confirmed that breakfast is included but I had already lost my apetite. After checking out, the receptionist did not even asked if we enjoyed our stay. This is an overly expensive hotel and I wish I could get a refund.
