I liked the fact we had a room with lots of space. I would have preferred a swim up room with balcony but understood that the family rooms were on the lower ground floor. Breakfast was delicious and great choices and perfect timing for service. Pool was lovely clean. Cleaners were very attentive.

Was told to ask my children to be quieter whilst playing at the pool side as there were other guests there who wanted a quiet holiday. We had paid the same price. Perhaps it shouldn’t be open to families if they want it adult only.

Booked one of the double rooms with the pool entry for 4 nights and was not disappointed. Rooms and the pool were spotless. There was someone cleaning the pool every morning! The hotel has a great location, about 5 mins to the main strip and is surrounded by the mountains. Staff were helpful and friendly (especially the bar staff and receptionist) and nothing was too much trouble.

Only negative was the pool was freezing, but in warmer weather I’m sure this isn’t a problem.

Everything, specifically the Cosy environment. The family room is actually an apartment of two rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, and living room, with a terrace that takes you directly to the swimming pool.

Nothing. The location would sometimes be a problem in festival seasons as the way to the downtown gets blocked with traffic and causing delay in reaching the hotel.

everything was great! very friendly staff. Cool pool near which you want to relax. The room is also cool. I especially liked that the hotel had a feeling of calm and relaxation and no noise of the street and the city

The hotel’s built on a quiet uphill about 700 metres walk from the beach. It’s a convenient walk. The staff serving breakfast and at the bar are quite friendly and nice.

The parking is quite cramped. We needed up waiting 30 minutes after checkout because one of the guests who parked the car behind us had forgotten to handover the keys to the front desk. The hotel couldn’t figure whose car it was. A night after our stay we placed the ‘make the room’ holder on the door. 3 hours after our return the room wasn’t made. After which, we requested the front desk to have it cleaned and change the sheets. On the return, the sheets were ruffled, bed unmade and no towels, sink unwashed, tables and balcony I cleaned, no water in the room. So we walked up to the reception to tell the of the ordeal, however they didn’t do much, but handed us some pool towels after 15 mins. On the evening of our arrival we asked for an iron, they asked us to fetch it from the reception. Strange place for that price!

We loved our stay at this beautiful little hotel. Loved the pool and bar area. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Close to the shopping street and beach. Perfect location. We loved the Buzz bar at the beach owened by the same owner. Great food and ambiance. We also had a great boat trip organized by the hotel.

Limited breakfast options. Family rooms are underground with no view at all. There is no air conditioning in the living room only a fan! Location is far from beach front special under hot sun.

High level of service! Interesting concept of the pool. You can jump into the pool out of your balcony. It’s 15 min walk to the beach. Breakfast by the menu, but very tasty. Don’t miss the chance to have dinner in their restaurant! There is an amazing Chef. Also there’s is Buzz Beach bar on the shore. It has the same owner with Mozaik hotel. You will take a great pleasure overviewing sunset there! They organised a paragliding tour with a high level company Deep Blue, really recommend!

I booked a family suite.. loved the cleanliness and ample space in bedroom, kitchen, terrace and lounge. The pool is huge and clean. The staff was professional, active and super quick (especially the guy Bilal). They serve amazing continental food and drinks.

The shower area was small and it has not enough ventilation - maybe because of slopes in the penthouse roof. The location is a bit far from the beach but not a problem if you can walk for 5 to 7 mins.

It was all very pleasant. People were friendly and kind. The location is very good, away from the noise but close enough to walk everywhere in oludeniz.

WiFi reception is not good enough. Common areas could have been cleaner but i realise that it is a difficult time to find people to work in service industry. Overall, I recommend it wholeheartedly.
