Ontbijt en avond eten a la carte. Zeer zeer lekker!! Er wordt rekening gehouden met voedselallergieën. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtige locatie. Propere en zeer ruime kamers. Bagage wordt gebracht naar de kamer met golfkar. Safari’s zijn geweldig!!! De volledige big 5 gezien dankzij onze ervaren ranger. Enkel geen giraffen in deze lodge.

Food might be a bit better

what an incredible experience! We stayed 10 years ago and had to bring our daughter during our trip to experience Garden Route game lodge. The park is bigger and better and only improving!

The dinner was AMAZING. The game drive guide was incredible. His knowledge about the animals was so good!

When I realized that the cheetah had a collar on it and that the elephants are behind a gate and not with the other animals and the same that the lions and cheetahs were separated, it felt more like a zoo than being in nature.

A little hidden gem. We loved every moment, from the friendly arrival until we departed. Keep doing what you are doing team Garden route lodge, you have a successful recipe. The food at the lodge was 5 Star 🌟 Our game drive was exceptional, and Jandre was great. Very good knowledge on game and wildlife, he had great Koisan stories to share. Cheetah trying to catch a buck was our highlight of the weekend.

Amazing resort and room view. We get lucky to see elephants from the balcony. Very friendly staff. Child friendly and organised resort.

We expected to see more animals in the game drive, otherwise everything was amazing.

Everything was just amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. The location of the room and the view from the room are wonderful. The food is very delicious and high level. The game rides were very nice and joyable and the guides were very informative.

The accommodation is close to each other and accessible from the restaurant/reception. The service was great considering we were traveling in a multi-generational group. The restaurant handled the orders for breakfast and dinner extremely well. Extremely accommodating babies and parents needs. Guide very knowledgeable!
