設施較舊，是時候要大翻新了

Very responsive host! We sent a few questions and received almost immediate responses. They also left us some snacks in the kitchen, so appreciative of that after traveling with 3 children. The house was very clean, and stocked with basic essentials, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, new toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, and trash bags. I have rented in places previously that did not provide those essentials and it was lovely to not have to worry about buying them after our arrival. We stayed in late June/early July and the air conditioning kept the house very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and staying in a hotel would've meant booking 2 rooms (with no guarantee of adjoining rooms), this property was spacious, my kids were all upstairs, and it cost less than a hotel that could accommodate us. The 7-11 is a 3-minute walk from the property, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The train station is about a 10-minute walk, and very close to a Family mart. The property is in a less tourist populated part of town, which was great for a more local experience, and less crowds. Pretty centrally located by train to most places, 30-60 min train ride to major tourist spots. We also spent a day at Tokyo Disney Sea, about 1 hr 20 min train ride there.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay at this property.

Dinner and private onsen

Private Onsen. Private room. Great relaxing experience in Hakone.

When traveling we were not sure about being able to book a dinner time. Found that we were unable to book a traditional dinner seating the day of and other than an expensive buffet not many other food options were provided for dinner.

El hotel es muy acogedor y la habitación tenía de todo, la bañera en la terraza es espectacular. Después de varios días andando por Japón pudimos relajarnos en este maravilloso lugar. El entorno es muy agradable y pudimos pasear por el pueblo y disfrutar el paisaje.

La habitación tenía un poco de olor, pero en el armario había un spray para quitar un poco los olores.

Le style "typique" de la chambre

La chambre n'était pas très propre. Beaucoup de moustiques/araignées à l'intérieur. Personnel qui fait comme s'ils ne comprenaient pas lorsqu'on remonte les problèmes. Le bain onsen dans la chambre n'en est pas un. C'est simplement une vieille baignoire, le bois autour était moisi. A 250 euros la nuit on s'attend à bien mieux que ça.

Struttura ottima! Per sbaglio abbiamo prenotato la camera standard e durante il check in ci hanno dato la possibilità di variare la nostra prenotazione. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera con vasca privata e stile giapponese. Completa di tutto ciò che può servirti (piastra, phone, creme, saponi ecc). Forniscono anche kimono e classico pigiama giapponese per vivere l esperienza al 100%. Buffet ricchi e gustosi, sia per la cena che la colazione. Letti comodi e finalmente una stanza spaziosa e pulita. Personale molto gentile, non parlano benissimo inglese ma si fanno capire. L hotel offre anche altri servizi la sera come una sala karaoke e sala giochi. Le Onsen sono 2, quella dell’hotel più piccolina e quelle pubbliche più grandi (consiglio di farle entrambe, se dovete scegliere vi consiglio quelle pubbliche). Per arrivare dalla stazione c’è una navetta shuttle che fa avanti e indietro.
