Amazing exterior of the building, and beautiful landscaping. A real nice ambiance. Easy parking, lots of nature. You get a great impression when you arrive.

Decore from the 80s, stains on the carpet, a little worn out. Cold. They have no espresso machine, just some weird nespresso plastic puck machine? embarrassing for a hotel of this caliber. For a large bed, I got two single covers? Breakfast was good for a 3star, nothing local, nothing interesting.

Location is really good – close to highway. Hotel’s area is awesome – old park is good place for relaxing after the trip. Staff is professional and hospitable. Breakfast is small but acceptable.

Spa zone is wonderful, super clean and spacious. Outdoor pool is also super sweet.

Soundproofing of the rooms isn't perfect. Jacuzzi's water seamed to have to much detergent when we've been there.

Very pleasant property, classic interior, historical atmosphere, comfortable furniture, professional service.

Turzno is a bit secluded from other attractions, except Toruń could be reached by a short drive. Some of the smallest standard rooms are less than special, like no. 201. We upgraded and got a fantastic suite at 112.

Weather was to cold for us to use outside swimming pool, but spa was great

we have limited choices for a vegetarian, need to have few more option that will be great.

Dinner was not as expected and value for money I can rate is 1 out of 10,

Breakfast was good, 4 hot types of food, sausage, klobasy, scrambled eggs and egg pancakes. Fresh juices, coffe, vegetable, some fancy sides. It was also quiet in the room, although not many people were there. Also area is nice with old fashion entrance. It looks clean outside and luxurious.

I found dirty something in toilet, when I splashed, it dissapeared so I take it as not clean. Shower was bit mouldy in corners, towels and toilet paper (just one roll) were provided, but smelled from bleach (probably cleaner had it on the trolley but it says itselft that it was not organised, or did not have enough time to clean it). Also hose in shower was leaking and streaming to my face. No soap, only builded-in one was provided. I got second most expensive room and I got free upgrade to it from booking but I would not call it the second most expensive type of room. On pictures it should look nicer and bigger.

Pool and spa area are very nice, as well as the area around the pond. Excellent breakfast and restaurant food. Beautiful area to walk around and helpful hotel staff.

Mattress wasn't vert comfortable and the bathroom a bit old (room in the palace part). Spa didn't have bathrobes and towels available the whole time.

The hotel is understaffed - the bar/reception/spa is always a wait to get any attention, the pool area is rarely tidied up during the day Dinners can be low value for money (avoid steak), but some are delicious
