Clean, massive apartments, very nice pool, 15 mins walk from the village

Great size, Great Location, facilities are spotless and spacious. ideal for spending the day by their pool, visiting towns on the Lake or pushing on to Venice, Verona, Modena, Maranello!!!

The beds are, unfortunately not particularly comfortable and all creak like crazy!

The apartment has no balcony, it was "premium" but nothing was premium, there was nothing to do in the apartment except sleeping

The pool area was really exceptional with jacuzzi and nice surroundings overall, our kids really loved it as did all of us. The pool area really set new standards for our future holidays! If you like laying down in the sun and some swimming I can easily recommend this place. Also the garden and barbeque area were nice and easy to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The airconditioning was kind of old fashioned and did not work properly. Finally a set of fans was provided and that solved the problem at least to some extent.

Nice pool. Very good restaurant just 200m from hotel (on hill). Good to have a car, easy access to the Verona, Gardaland,,,Lazise down town just 1 km... Good parking in hotel facility...

the pool was excellent. the apartments where clean and tidy. the rent of the bikes good arranged. the scheduling of the barbecue place was clear. just uphill a very good restaurant.

we did not have a place to sit outside because we where on the first floor situated (except the by the pool). no balcony. no terras on the premises for guest staying on the first floor. It would be nice to have a terras in the green part with chairs and so on. BY the pool it would be nice to have some more parasols. for cooking the aperture is not equipped what you would expect. just the most necessary thinks available for 6 persons.

We have been here before a few years ago am impressed with the property which is rustic and has beautiful grounds, the pool is large and has plenty of loungers for all residents. There is a 24 hour laundry and detergent is supplied. There is ample parking and electronic gates so it's a very safe and quiet environment. The receptionist Chiara was so helpful she went out of her way to accommodate our needs as we had changed our booking from 10 to 14 days because of flight rearrangements and although we had to change from one apartment to another she made the process smooth and stress free. She is such an asset and was cheerful and helpful at all times.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the fact that linen and towels had to be paid for because we booked through Booking.com. When we visited last time this was not the case but I understand that Europlan have now taken over the running of this apartment and that is the reason why. It means if you want a change of bedding and towels you also have to pay twice.

Love the building and the grounds the pool is large with plenty of sun loungers and the whole complex is very clean. 24 hour access to laundry room - very helpful staff Chiara on reception went out of her way to facilitate any requests we had she’s very helpful and easy to deal with. This property has a lovely authentic feel and is comfortable and quiet.

20 minutes walk to Lazise its fine except there’s no footpath part of the way and you can feel a but vulnerable walking along the road with traffic whizzing by. The last time we visited it was not run by Europlan now that it is there’s a difference in the bedding and towel allocation where you only get one set and pay for more. The other issue is there are no shelves within the shower to store your toiletries while showering which is easily rectified.

The accommodation was comfortable. The villa is only a short 10-15min walk from Lazise but you must walk along a busy road and in parts there is no footpath which can be worrying at night. I certainly couldn’t imagine pushing a pushchair along this stretch of road which I read in a previous review. Having the pool on site is perfect and it was immaculately maintained.

Clean, quiet, easy to get to attractions by car. We got caught in traffic and late checkin was easy. Pool was new and shallow area for kids was great. Easy to rent bikes directly at reception. Bakery delivery was awesome

Playground was advertised - but no longer there.

Great pool with enough sunbeds. Big apartement.

A bit outdated furniture. Full self catering in a place far from any mini/supermarket or cafes leaves room for improvement of on-site services. TV-channels selection is weird, had hard times to find a channel showing Italy playing an EU football championship game.

Pool was the only highlight of this holiday Staff are pleasant but not supported by good management

Needs a comfortable seat for all the party... see picture not like the nice 2 white sofas in the pictures! Needs to provide seating that can be sat on without it falling apart ... see picture Needs new air conditioning unit upstairs ... we roasted for 3 days Kitchen poorly equipped .. no oven (does say that so please note) Manager couldn't care less - well aware and this apartment commented on in 2018 with same problems!! Booking.com didn't respond to any emails After claiming to be fully open - no reception / no bike hire

Apartment and surrounding looked nice.

The air-conditioning did not work and so there was only wind blowing by use of 3 fans.

Room was not cleaned before arrival and it was FULL of spiders and ants.

Very nice building, gardens, excellent pool, grill area. Service man was sent quickly for our broken dishwasher, but he was unable to fix it anyway, so that didn't help.

Level of the kitchen equipment. Dishwasher was broken, air conditioner didn't work very well. Coffee maker worked, but only so so. Also we had a smaller one-room apartment on the first floor so we didn't have a terrace to sit on . Other apartments had nice big terraces downstairs and we were definitely missing that. Maybe we didn't choose the right apartment, I don't know, but ours was upstairs and hot at night. The trash area was totally overloaded with trash, but eventually it was cleared away. That might just be standard in that area. Lots of tourists always means trash collecting problems.
