Very quite area. Perfect for people who prefere peace and goooood sleep. Near is public transport. 20-30 min by walking you can find nice restaurants, bars, cafe. Huge bed and shower, big room in general. Stuff is friendly. Very pleasent stay! 🤩

Air conditioner was not working well, but It might be because of "not season".

Super clean room, very comfortable beds, extraordinary breakfast

The coffee was excellent, fridge in room, breakfast buffet was great, free Parking, good mattresses. Convenient to tram and with auto.

Restaurant was too hot, no air, no usable gym although advertised. The street in front of the hotel is completely torn up due to construction making it loud, dusty and uncomfortable coming and going. Apparently a new gym and pool are being built. Eating at restaurant was an adventure. The beer tasted off and the burger didn't resemble the photo on the big screen-- untoasted bun and cold cheese. Sweet potato fries were very good as pork schnitzel although pork chop was advertised. The worst was an a la carte cucumber salad which was nothing more than sliced pickles.

Ac in my room didn’t work

Breakfast was delicious and so many things to choose from. Continental breakfast is always my 'go to' choice. Vegetables were always fresh and coffee delicious. The choice of sweets and desserts was very good and a bonus to the breakfast menu. We will definitely come back, especially when the outdoor pool and the gym facilities are ready for use.

The only comment I have is for guests from abroad there could be more choice of 'meaty' options such as bacon, different sausages (or more choice of meat) and baked beans would be wonderful.

The food was so good, we had a wonderful evening meal and breakfast was tasty with a variety of different things to try. Staff were friendly and went out of their way help.

We had two beds pushed together, so dipped in the middle, making for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Almost everything, big rooms, the possibility to book the sauna just for you during an hour, the breakfast is fantastic.

After cleaning the room, I didn't get conditioner, and neither new flip flops. Also, there was only a small trash bin in the bathroom, we were with our baby, so it was full just with 2 nappies.

Fast wi-fi, hight pressure water, nice designed bathroom

Couldn't adjust aircon temp over 21c, housekeeping didn't bother to hoover a room. 60zl for breakfast is way too much

Dirty room, cut finger nails on floor. When I complained about it at the reception, they promised me to do something about it. Nothing happened though. Receptionist lady rude, wanted me to pay at checkout even though I paid earlier. When I said that's not right she snapped at me... Veery unprofessional staff

Good location for staying and continuing your journey; free car parking just in front of the hotel, breakfast is OK (few options); good size of the room.

The room had dust (we believed that the dust was not removed before our stay) and my wife had problems to breathing during the night. Also, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly because had some black fungus on the sink .

The sauna was great but be sure to make the reservations beforehand. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was also quite good, and the service there was great.

The location is a bit far from the rest of the city. Our room was nice but there was a bit of mold in the fridge, and there was minimal tidying up in our rooms everyday. I'm being nitpicky but they didn't restock the coffee pods, for example.

Breakfast was paid, 59 PLN, wide range of different small dishes, fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese, desets, yogurts, bread, jam etc. Very delicious. Restaurant starts working only after 4pm, menu and service was great. Friendly staff, good service, comfortable and beautifule place with fancy ambience.
