Great location for the bus station and easy access from the airport by bus Staff was excellent especially the restaurant staff.

Hotel was a little dated and room needs some TLC but comfortable and clean Great stopover stay but not a lot from a tourist perspective in the immediate area around the hotel

No coffee in room, no ice dispenser, many broken things in room, mostly shower and bathroom.

Pool. basically nice location, perfect place for a start or end of trip if traveling with bus, just across the street, 50m walk nice atmosphere at the pool by night

First room was completely run down and tons of mosquitoes, I complained and got another room still lots of mosquitoes but after a while I got them. very loud! my room was to pool area, lots of drunken guests and loud music, don’t forget ear plugs depressing to see two beautiful majestic Ara parrots in this cage, in case you go there bring fruits, the love bananas, the both share the whole banana and ate it at once. Took it so gentle out of my hand. the whole place is run down, renovation are mad so lousy, the paint jobs are done by people who have, let’s say, very little sympathy for craftsmanship, just embarrassing!

Location is very convenient. Hotel is opposite to Cancun Ado station which provides easy transportation to airport and other parts of the city. Ala carte breakfast was very good.

The charge of 75USD+ for a one night stay is way too steep for the quality of the rooms. The property seems old. The room was very cold for the stay because the hotel had kept the AC running a long time before the check in.

We needed a hotel close to the bus station in Cancun and this one is 1 minute over the road. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it and so did the restaurant but it had closed by the time we arrived at about 10pm. the room was pleasant and functional and it was ideal for a night.

Very clean and cozy room. It is in front of the bus station which makes it very easy for people that travel to other cities to catch a bus. We visited the mercados which are walking distance. There is laundry service and so many stores around this hotel.

Water from faucets had chlorine smell. The smell was extremely strong the our eyes were burning. We reported this to reception but this problem was everywhere. They couldn't do anything about it.
