The owner was really friendly and allowed us to store luggage the night before our stay as well as store our bikes securely. The rooms were comfortable, the location is superb and there's also a lovely roof terrace available to the guests.

The host was so kind, and nothing was a problem. She was very helpful and we also received an upgrade to the studio apartment. This was the best stay we have ever had on booking.com, the host was so accomodating and the accommodation was spectacular. Would recommend to anyone. Location of apartment was also great!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners are incredibly nice and very friendly! They always responded right away and let us check in early. The rooms are clean and in a great location! would definitely recommend!

Had an exceptional stay from start to finish - the host is a wonderful, warm and welcoming lady who was waiting for me when I arrived. She then upgraded my room to a one-bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise! The location couldn't be better. Right in the centre of the old town and just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal and beaches/marina with cafe's, restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The accommodation was bright, modern, and exceptionally clean. The host offers beach towels to use which is a nice bonus. The terrace at the top is lovely with beautiful views overlooking the harbour, bell tower and mountains. What a treat it was to stay here and I will definitely be coming back! A 5-star experience at incredible value!

Friendly gracious owner that takes pride in her family apartment building where she rents various suites. Lovely rooftop terrace, and our unit had a washing machine. great location, FYI Korcula City is very small, everywhere is close by. 2min walk to ferry’s on both sides of town.
Everything was great, nothing negative.
NOTE: that if you have mobility issues, you may have trouble with the stairs.

What exceptional owners! Knowing that I was arriving on an early ferry, hours before check-in, they had the room ready for me and were waiting to greet me and carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs, with even the neighbours helping. I received a personal tour of the room and the building because it has a wonderful rooftop terrace. Then I received some great tips on what to visit, where to go and eat. This Guest house is literally situated in the middle of everything. I wish to highly recommend this guesthouse. 10/10!

It was very clean and comfortable and very short trip from boat terminal.Terrace is lovely and quiet even though you are living at the centre.Owner Vesa made me feel welcome and it felt like home.Really liked the bed as well.
All was good.There is noise from cafe below but the thick windows block the sound well so it was no problem.

Superb hospitality! Sparkling clean apartment with well thought details. Surprisingly good sound isolation (if the the window is closed). A terrace on the rooftop was a lovely place for breakfast/dinner. Wifi connection was fast and stable.

Great location. Vesa the owner was really friendly and nice. She gave us information and helped us when our boat to Dubrovnik was cancelled. Apartment is very nice and it has everything you need. There is a little terrace at the top with great views. There is a sofa and tables where we had some drinks and breakfast. We will definitely come back to Korcula and to this apartment.

The host let us store our luggage for a couple of hours which was nice
Awkward situation overall - all ferries got cancelled due to bad weather conditions and therefore we were not able to get to the island and stay for the night as planned. The host told us that they would offer us a partial refund if they could but "Booking.com takes all the money so it's not possible". Of course, the host was not obliged to give us anything, we understand what the cancellation policy was, even though the weather conditions were nobody's fault. However, we found the host's statement untrue and of course when we requested the cancellation policy waiver in order to obtain a partial refund via Booking application, it was not approved. It was a rather disappointing interaction

Great view from the terrace (day and night), central location, luxurious place and an unbelievably welcoming host. It felt like home – or better – immediately. We visited all the islands in southern Croatia, so we can say with certainty that this was by far the best stay on our whole trip!

The location of the hotel is perfect, next to the passenger ferry port and the old town. The area is quiet in the night and the rooms are big enough with a private bathroom. The best of the hotel is the terrace on the top for breakfast with a view of the rooftops and the port.
The owner was super friendly during the whole stay and gave us good tips. I totally recommend it!

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfortable! We especially enjoyed the evenings out on the rooftop balcony. The house has an excellent location if you plan to explore Korcula by boat/bus during the day, and then have a nice dinner downtown in the evening.
Vesa, the host, is a lovely woman and an amazing host. She is extremely welcoming and kind. She offered to wash our beach towels, which we appreciated very much. She also gave us great tips on where to eat.
Really nothing to say here. We will definitely come back to beautiful Korcula, and we're staying here again.

Amazing beautiful small hotel perfectly located in the old town. The owners are extremely friendly and nice! Room very well maintained and super clean. On the roof you find beautiful and quiet terrace on top of the red roofs of old town. Perfect place to have a glass of wine under the bright stars and even milky way! Just amazing, highly recommended!

This property was just delightful - couldn’t fault it. Vesa was the perfect host. The room was beautiful and clean with a spacious bathroom fitted with all mod cons and handy little kitchen corner with fridge, freezer, kettle, cutlery and crockery. There was also ample cupboard and wardrobe space, decent TV, air con and WiFi that worked all around the building. The windows were double glazed and shutters fitted over then, so in spite of the super central location the room was lovely and peaceful. The roof terrace was sublime with beautiful views over the old town. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
