No breakfast, no reception, no staff. Only the cleaning staff are nice and helpful. A coffee room is nice and location is excellent. Discount at public parking not too far away.

No reception, nobody around. Claustrophobically small room and bathroom at inflated price.

It was a good location for seeing what we wanted to see in the city and to visit our family. We liked that there was air conditioning when the weather was hot.

There was no common area for having coffee or a place to sit and read or use electronics. There were problems getting into our room with the code/keypad system. There weren't good instructions on how to use it. You have to activate it then push the numbers and that wasn't clear. We had to call someone to help us.

Beautiful old building, great location walking distance to the bus station and places of interest. Good communication before arrival. Good facilities, only grumble was our room was next door to the shared coffee room and we were woken very early by another guest who had a awful or to say so early in the morning. But we’d book again but ask for a different room.

location was perfect as it was a bit off the main tourist area, which made it easier to try different neighborhoods.

the room was small and compact. hard to maneuver around on a 3 night stay. still very worthwhile.

the pension is centrally located. there’s a tiny common room with seats and coffee/tea. that was a nice discovery.

the WiFi connection was a real trouble :/ and the soundproofing was low.

Great location. We had two rooms for a family of 5 located next to each other. Check in was simple. Rooms were basic but met our needs. Staff assisted us promptly in getting some aircon remotes to help circulate some air

One of the rooms had a bit of a smell to it, almost as though there was something coming back up through the drains. We were not in the rooms for an extended period so wasn’t unbearable

Location was excellent, in the old quarter between Playa de la Concha and the train station. The room itself had been very recently remodeled--new bathroom and new IKEA furniture. The bed was very comfortable. Access to the building and the room via codes that I received over email.

The building was old and a bit creepy. The room was tiny and there was a bit of a smell of old pipes/sewage. There is no receptionist, so that also made it feel a bit creepy. The electric installation was old. I had no cell phone reception inside the room.

Central position - easy walk to Old Town for key attractions and in the heart of great shopping.

The walls are thin - we were kept up by a very noisy person in the room next door. One of the beds sagged on the edge. The luggage lift in the foyer was temperamental.

The hotel was located in the middle of San Sebastián. Everything was easy to reach by foot. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The room was clean and was equipped with an air conditioning.

Both windows in the room and the bathroom ended in a roofed backyard. Thus, there was no chance to get fresh air into the room.
