The staffs are really nice and helpful. Spacious room and good comfortable bed. Location is ok too.

I’m glad that the pool and jacuzzi are finally working after being under construction for such a long time.

It was pretty hot in the room even with the AC on high. It kept getting an Error on the AC so we had to plug it in and out a couple of times for it to reset. Also, the internet SUCKED this time. It’s pretty disappointing since this hotel is my go-to place when there’s internet outage in my area.

The room was larger than expected given the rate, with adequate furnishing and toiletries. I wish I remembered the name of the person who checked me in, but he was a one-man wonder (I think he may even be a manager, but am not sure). He made the whole experience hassle-free by allowing us to register early so we can check in easily once our room was available. Location was great. I had to go on an event the evening of our stay, and traffic was horrible. The front desk staff offered to book us a Grab, but drivers kept cancelling. The location allowed us to walk to our event venue instead. Hassle free, basic accommodation at a central location, great service.

The A/C is a bit old and took a while to cool the room. Also, there was a very small in the bathroom when we first used it.
